Olde Curiosity Shoppe Steampunk Conservatory with Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts!

Happy Saturday Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts Fans!!! Today I am sharing my Olde Curiosity Shoppe Steampunk Conservatory using some amazing GSLaser Cuts Chippies!!!


Begin by painting all pieces of  Small Conservatory with Crackle Paint; dry. Repeat with Weathered Wood; dry.


Paint prepared Conservatory with Yellow Oxide; dry.


Apply Quincridone Gold to Conservatory  ; wipe off randomly. Dry.


Adhere pattern paper to base of Conservatory . Glue prepared wall and doors to base. Tape off edges of base; dry brush Paynes Grey to out sides of Conservatory  .


Adhere pattern paper to bottom Cottage Base; add border strips to top and sides of bottom Cottage Base.


Adhere legs to prepared base.


Adhere pattern paper to bottom and top of the Conservatory  .


Adhere top of  Conservatory together. 


Adhere to top of prepared Conservatory  .


Adhere metal ring, nest and know to the top of Conservatory .


Fussy cut two images from pattern paper. Place one to front of Conservatory . Add pop dots.


Layer second image to top of first.


Apply Boss Gloss to top of Peacock Feathers, Steampunk Fan (Contact Store), Clockwork Penny Farthing and Gears Shape Setchipboard pieces. Emboss with embossing powder.


Apply Metallic Luster to the prepared emboss pieces. 


Fussy cut images from pattern paper, layer together with pop dots. Adhere random flowers, bottles, etc. to stand.


Add prepared embossed feathers to back of steampunk lady. Add fussy cut butterflies to front.


Add knobs to front of doors.


Adhere embossed tricycle, gears and other ephemera to front of stand.


Fussy cut "Olde Curiosity Shoppe" from pattern paper. Add to top of Conservatory   along with fussy cut butterflies.


Apply Metallic Lustre to the knob.


Randomly adhere berries and flowers to the Conservatory . 


Add some ephemera to the top of the Conservatory  .


Add small metal frames to sides of the  Conservatory for added detail....


Add a small lantern. 


Fussy cut words from pattern paper, stagger on top of Conservatory  .


Adhere small embossed gears to the Conservatory .

How To Create a Mixed Media Thanks Card with Sin City Stamps

I hope you enjoyed my "Learn From Yesterday" Tag I shared with you last week using the stamps I design for Sin City Stamps
BUT...

Today I am sharing my "Thanks" Card using the Sin City Stamps Memories Set and


 Begin by applying distress ink to watercolor paper using a blending tool.


Spatter with paint; dry.


Lay stencil on prepared watercolor paper; apply with palette knife. Dry.



Adhere prepared watercolor paper to pattern paper.
Adhere to card front.

 
Adhere pattern paper to top of watercolor paper.
Add ecru lace to top of card along with threaded button.


Ink watercolor paper with distress ink.
Stamp two heart and four butterfly from 
Fussy cut images out.
Layer hearts together with pop dots; add to front of card.
Layer two butterflies together at body; tip wings. Add to front of heart.


Ink water color paper; stamp Thanks from Sin City Stamps Fall Set
Adhere to card front.
Add second butterfly to front of card.

Olde Curiosity Shoppe Brush Caddy With Gyspy Soul Laser Cuts

Do you love storage ideas?
Well today I am sharing with your a super fun and easy idea to create your own!!!!
All you need is one of Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts Brush Caddy 
and a Graphic 45 Olde Curiosity Shoppe Paper Pad. 
Begin by tracing the Brush Caddy onto Olde Curiosity Shoppe paper.
Cut trace pieces with scissors.
Adhere cut pieces to the sides of the Brush Caddy.
Sand edges.
Repeat by covering the insert pieces of the the Brush Caddy.
Adhere sides to the Brush Caddy.
Cover the sides of Brush Caddy with Olde Curiosity Shoppe Paper. 
Add metal legs.
I added an antique metal door knocker to the front of the Brush Caddy.
Form Mini House Shadow Box 3. 
Cover with Olde Curiosity Shoppe paper. 
Fussy cut small images from pattern paper. 
Adhere together with pop dots and place in and on Mini House Shadow Box 3.
Emboss Art Deco Corner with Rust Embossing Powder. 
Adhere to front of Mini House Shadow Box 3. 
Adhere to prepared Brush Caddy.
Add doilies and chipboard pieces to Brush Caddy.
Along with metal brads.
Add a small chalkboard with more of the Olde Curiosity Shoppe Chipboard Embellishments an Stickers, along with another embossed Art Deco Corner.
Add a larger Olde Curiosity Shoppe Embellishment Chipboard piece to one side of the handle of the Brush Caddy.
Here is a closer look at the other side of the handle.
Add a pretty bow.
Layer together a journal piece from the Olde Curiosity Shoppe pattern paper using pop dots, add to one side of the Brush Caddy. 
Add a decorative arrow and brad. 
 I hope you have enjoyed my Brush Caddy...it a fabulous way to store pens and pencils along with other items that are laying around on your desk.
