Hugs and Kisses Card with Couture Creations

Hugs and Kisses to all of our Couture Creations fans...it is a beautiful day and I wanted to share with you my Hugs and Kisses card I made using Couture Creations Confetti Embossing Folder and Picture Frame Nesting Die.
BUT...First we have to a bit of embossing to do, so gather up your stamp, white card stock and embossing ink. Stamp your image on to your white card stock....

taking three different colors of embossing powder and a small spoon, carefully put a bit of each color onto your stamped image. I do this by going lightest to darkest, making sure that I have a tray for each color and shaking the excess embossing powder off prior to going to the next color.
Using your embossing gun, heat set your embossing powder.
NOW...for the fun part...take your embossed piece and place in one of your favorite Couture Creations embossing folders....I used the Confetti Embossing Folder from Couture Creations Elegance Collection.
Here is a closer look of the beautiful embossed piece.
I added a bit of the Couture Creations Foam Tape to the back of the card and place it on my card base.
I ran the Couture Creations  Picture Frame Die through on my die cutting machine, added a stamped white oval piece behind it and placed it to the top of my card front once I had my ribbon tied around my card.
I added a few embellishments to the front of my card once I had the frame in place. Please stop by Couture Creations Blog and check out other inspirations from the design team and make sure to sign up for the newletter. Hugs Pammejo

Happy Birthday Card with Inspired by Stamping

I love the challenge of taking non-traditional papers and making a fun all occasion cards. That is what I did today with a Christmas pad of paper that I had in my stash along with Inspired by Stamping Fancy Labels II Stamps and Die set.
I love how the Fancy Labels II die makes beautiful layers, so I cut out the two largest dies from the set for my sentiment, stamped it with the matching Fancy Labels Stamp Set with green ink and layered them together. I then stamped the "Happy Birthday" Sentiment from Inspired by Stamping Fancy Circles Stamp Set. Added a fun fussy cut flower from a piece paper, a few gemstones and walla I have a fabulous birthday card.
Here is a peek in the inside of my card, try to remember to either stamp or add some fun paper to the inside of your cards, it makes a fun treat for the recipient when they open it up. Please feel free to check out Inspired by Stamping Online Store, sign up for the "Free" Online Catalog and check out the upcoming challenges....Hugs Pammejo

CropStop Guest Designer - Happy Birthday Card with Radiant Rain Mist

Today I am showing you how to use the Radiant Rain Pewter Mist from CropStop...it is so easy to use and is so amazing...

Make sure to shake the bottle of Radiant Rain Pewter Mist really well, place your CraftersWorksop Mini Peacock Pattern Stencil down on your white card stock. Spray you mist on top of the card stock making sure to spray most of the paper, you will need some of it for the border of your card. Carefully remove the stencil so it doesn't drip the wet mist on to your freshly sprayed paper....however if you do it will be okay.

Cut your paper after it is completely dried and place to the top of your grey matted 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" white card base. (you may think that the misted paper would be wrinkled but it is pretty flat once it has dried completely and adhered into place). Here is where I added more of the Radiant Mist sprayed paper to form my border along with a piece of Heartfelt Creations Posy Paper that I punched out with a border punch.
Here is a closer look at the pretty Heartfelt Creations journal piece that comes from the Posy Patch Collection. Add some bling and a pretty ribbon to the top of the card. I hope you head over to CropStop to check out all the fabulous Radiant Rain Mist and The Crafters Workshop Stencils. Hugs Pammejo

Part Two of Tropical Travelogue Project Lift with Pam Bray

Good Morning!!! Today it my turn on the SinCity Blog to share with you my second part of Tropical Travelogue Project Life, if you did have the chance to see the first post just click HERE.
I started by spraying three pieces of white card stock with Dylusions Spray.....
Stamped them with the flowers, journal block, number ATC,diamonds and flowers from SinCity Stamps Art Journaling with Terri Sproul.
I also stamped the Steampunk ship form SinCity Stamps A Wings Above the Rest multiple times from the sprayed paper and pattern papers of the Graphic 45 Tropical Travelogue....I love to paper piece so that is what I did with my Steampunk Ship
Here is all four of 4x6 project life pieces together....
and closer looks at each of them individually
I just love how the Steampunk ship turned out....paper piecing takes a bit of patience but the look is so well worth it....don't you think. Check out the Dylusions Sprayed flower I layered with multi-stamped flowers, I painted them before placing them together using Tim Holtz Distress Rock Candy Paint. It helps the flowers to stay stiff and in shape.
I added a fun zipper from Prima that says explore along with some fun colored twine to the my stamped image.
Love the border that I created from the diamonds....
I made sure to light ink them with the black ink so it would achieve that distress look I was after.
If you haven't ever used journal blocks on your project lift projects, all I can say is this is a fabulous one.
Here is a closer look at the journal block....
and one of the fun stamping I added to  my 4x 6 piece.
Make sure to check out my first Tropical Traveloque Project Life Project HERE to see how to do the 6x8 project. Birthday Girl Layout with Couture Creations

Today on the Couture Creations Blog I would like to share with you a Happy Birthday Layout I made using some fabulous dies and embossing folder from Couture Creations.  I love the embossing folders they are emboss so beautifully from the deep etching that is the folder.
The Happy Birthday strip was part of the pattern paper I selected but I wanted to use the Couture Creations Fudge Embossing Folder with it. So I first ran the strip through my embossing machine and then flipped it over
and ran it through again from the other side.

Once I had my strip embossed I used my Couture Creations Sponge Dauber and a bit of ink to go over the top of it...I thought it helped to pop the embossed image.
After I had my distressing done on the Happy Birthday Strip I added it to the top of my layout using Couture Creations Double Sided Tape and placed some embellishments on to the page with Couture Creations Foam Tape.
I used the same technique on my rectangle pattern papers prior to placing them on my page.

Using the Couture Creations  Nesting Sunflower and Nesting Circle die I made a layered pieces to place under my photo.
It is an easy way to make your photos pop off the page.
I hope you take the time to check Couture Creations Blog and see all the inspiration that the team brings you each day along with always some fabulous news releases, check out Couture Creations Facebook Page also and follow along with us. Hugs Pammejo
