Lay stencil to white adhesive card stock, apply two different glitter paste to top. Dry.
Mat to black card stock, add to front of card.
Add embossed border strip and scallop border to front of card.
Add vellum sentiment to white card stock, mat on black card stock.
Add to front of card with pop dots.
