All About the Dead...Happy Halloween...

 Wow...What better way to end the month of October but with a Day of the Dead Card to share with you this Halloween.
 I began by stamping several of the Skull Roses to white paper and coloring them in with Copic Markers, fussy cut them out.
Set to one side til you get ready to place them on you card front.
 Stamp Lady Bug ink on front of card base using an image from the Grunge Stamp Set
 Stamp a second time using Tuxedo Black and another of the Grunge Stamp images.
 Stamp on last time using Pear Tart and the last image from the Grunge set to the top of the card front. 
Stamp Happy Halloween to a piece of pattern paper, mat on black pattern paper using Glue Dots and add to the prepared card base.
 Cut mats from pattern paper and add glue dots to the top mat....
 Sprinkle with embossing powder....
 Heat set with an embossing gun.
 Mat pattern papers together with Glue Dots and pop dots.
 Add fussy cut skull head to top of card front with pop dots along with the colored roses.

Inkin' Up with the Skeletons....

Inkin' Up the Skeletons today for the All About the Dead week on Stampendous using a bit of Dreamweavers and Glue Dots.
I began by first applying black embossing paste on a white card base using the Dreamweavers Damask Stencil. 
Allow it to dry completely.
Spray over embossed card base with Margarita Memories Mists.
Allow it to dry completely.
Stamp the prepared card base with and Industrial stamp image and black ink.
Stamp Skeleton Lady with black ink on white card stock.
Color with Copic Markers.
Tear around the excess paper from around image.
Using distress tool....distress edges.
Ink all edges with brown ink using blending tool.
Run two lines of Glue Dots down the side of the prepared card base.
Add pretty black ribbon.
Layered prepared pieces to top of card.
Add button with green ribbon bow to top with Glue Dots.
Add black bling to the corners of the purple distress pattern paper.

Beautiful Butterfly of Fall Card with Craftwell

 Hi!!! I am on the Craftwell Blog today sharing with you a mixed media fall Beautiful Butterfly Card using not only the Cut N Boss but also the eBrush from Craftwell
 Begin by first running your Sizzix Majestic Flip Its Die through the Cut N Boss with white card stock. 
 Taking the eBrush spray both sides of the die cut with Spectrum Aqua Markers. 
 Ink both sides with Wild Honey Distress Ink.
Ink edges with Chestnut Roan Ink. 
 Stamp both sides with image from Stampendous Industrial Stamp Set using black ink. 
 Stamp butterfly image from Stampendous Butterfly Trio on white card stock using black ink. 
Using Spectrum Aqua Markers spray body with Terra Cotta, wings with Amber, Orange, and Crimson. Fussy cut out.
 Layer together at the body. 
 Die cut honeycomb from Teresa Collins Memories Pocket Die Set. 
 Run through the Xyron Creative Station.
 Remove adhesive and place on top of card front.
Apply Dreamweavers Crackle Paste over top with palette knife.
Remove Honeycomb. 
(This is a super easy way to make a stencil from your dies)
Allow Crackle Paste to dry completely. 
 Place pattern paper and border from Graphic 45 Rare Oddities to card front.
Add prepared butterfly to card front. 
 A closer look at the Crackle Paste. 
 Stamp Thank You sentiment to front with VersaMark.
Emboss with Detail White Embossing Powder.

Candy Apple Treat Box with Xyron and Deep Red Cling Stamps


 I just love FALL...the color of the leaves, crisp air and of course apples!!! So when I seen the Deep Red Cling Apple Stamp I knew I was going to make some Candy Apple Treat Boxes to give to may grand kids.


 Die cut two of the XL Scoreboard Cube and one Caddy Box using mat board. 
Cut one XL Scoreboard Cube in half. (This will make two Candy Apple Treat Box)


 Cut 3" x 4" orange card stock and one orange card stock to fit the Caddy Box. 
Emboss using Deep River Grunge Swirl Background Stamp, with VersaMark and Midnight Black ink.


 Run all 5 pieces through Xyron Creative Station using 9" Permanent Adhesive.


Ink Candy Apple Treat Box with Chestnut Roan Ink.
Put together to form box. 
Adhere prepared embossed paper to Candy Apple Treat Box.


Stamp Deep River Apple on white card stock, color with Copic Markers.
Fussy cut out.


 Place sticker strip to brown pattern paper, cut in to 3" pieces. Punch tag out of pattern paper. 
Run all the pieces through Xyron Creative Station using the 5" Permanent Adhesive.


 Adhere borders strip to the prepared Candy Apple Treat Box. 
Adhere tag to brown pattern paper, fussy cut around tag.


Run two of the fussy colored apples through the Xyron 1.5 Sticker Maker.


Add the leftover apples to top of adhere apples.


 Here is a closer look at the front of the Apple Candy Treat Box.


Wrap Candy Apple with plastic wrap.
Tie top with brown, yellow and orange ribbon.
Add tag.
