(Disclaimer Notice: I’ve received products/compensation as part of the Authentique Design Team. This project however, is 100% my own project! Some of the links in this post are affiliate links. I explain more here.)

Hi Authentique Fans! Today I am sharing how to create a Quick and Easy Card and Special Candy Box for some of your favorite Trick or Treaters! So.... are you ready for Halloween...just a few more days!!!

To create the Happy Halloween Card start by inking and layering Nightfall pattern paper to top of card base.

Fussy cut two of the beautiful children Epherema Cards from the pattern paper; layer together with pop dots. Add to front of card base.

Die cut Happy Halloween from pattern paper; adhere to bottom of card. Add small arrows to card.

Finish card with bow and a few chipboard leaves.

To create a Quick and Easy Candy Box for your favorite Trick or Treaters.

Begin first cutting a the width of pattern paper that will fit the candy box you have; add 1". (This will be the backing for your candy box)
Lay candy box on top and fold over at top and bottom. Adhere box of candy to paper backing. (Each box of candy will be different so sizing will need to be adjusted slightly.)

Cover the top of the candy box by cutting the width plus 1" and the length of box from pattern paper; decorate with strips of paper. Adhere to flaps on back of prepared paper. Layer two strips of pattern paper and score to fit around covered box to create a wrap to hold the covers together.

Add matted Epherema Cards to top of wrap.

Add bow, enamel dot and small metal brad to finish your candy box. These would also make fabulous party treats, special gifts to friends and family; etc. You could also add a gift card inside the back of front flap for a fun surprise! Your own imagination will go into overload when you start creating these Quick and Easy Candy Boxes. Remember to use other Authentique Collections to create other special candy boxes with. Pam
