Wonderful Memories Layout with WRMK Inked Rose

I just love this self portrait that Annie created in school....
lol, looks just like her, just kidding...she was having her hair done in this photo.
I used the Circle Stencil from SinCity Stamps along with modeling paste to create my back ground. Once it dried I stamped the honeycomb stamp from the Memories Stamp Set using black ink...next time I think I will stamp first and then use the modeling paste.
I layered Inked Rose papers from the collection to my layout prior to placing my photos on, adding my embossed butterflies and enamel circles.
Love the Albums Made Easy Cards from the Inked Rose Collection but honestly all the WeR Memory Keepers Easy Page Journal Cards are so versatile from doing your Project Life to making cards to using on almost anything. The large word pieces come from one of the Inked Rose Word Paper that I trimmed and used to tell part of my story of Annie Self Portrait....hope you use some of you children's art work as part of your layouts. Hugs Pammejo

The Best is Yet To Come Card with Craftwell and CAS-ual Fridays

What a pleasant reminder...The Best is Yet to Come...we live each day in that moment of time and we forget so often that the best is yet to come.  I for one am guilty of doing just that, I look at each day as a blessing and am thankful that for each moment it creates a memory but yet not ever thinking about that the next moment may be even better. Today I want to share with you a card using Craftwell eBosser and CAS-ual Fridays Truth is...Stamp Set and Loving Blooms Fri-Dies.
I started by layering my Graphic45 Ladies Diary paper that I had tore and distress to the top of my square card base. Taking one of the journal pieces from the paper  pad I stamped the sentiment on the front with black ink, using my scissors I cut it to form a flag.
To make my flowers I layer 3 different dies from the Loving Blooms Die, with two shades of the pink papers from the collection ran them through my eBosser several times so I would have several pieces to create my flowers with. Once all the pieces are cut, cut toward the center with you scissors to separate the petals. Roll using a stylus and soft mat, layer them together and add a small epoxy center to each of the flowers. Using your eBosser cut several of the Casual Vine Fri-Dies from a sheet of the Ladies Diary Collection and add randomly to the card front along with a twine bow. I hope you enjoy each moment of everyday. Hugs Pammejo

Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge #8 - Metal or Glass

Challenge #8 Show us Some Metal or Glass
Do you hoard gears, pins, brads, eyelets, frames, and other metal do-dads? Do you have a thing for tiny light bulbs and glass vials? Do junk drawers make you giddy? Do you hang out in office supply stores so you can score funky paperclips? Do bottle caps make you swoon? Dig through your hoard to find something metal or glass (or both) and make a project to share with us on the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog by just linking up your project with Mr. Linky.
SinCity Stamps and Really Reasonable Ribbon are hosting Challenge #8 so today I thought I would share  with you my "You're Fabulous" Card made with my new "Memories"Stamp Set from SinCity Stamps - the heart, butterfly, honeycomb and sentiment are all from the set.
I started my card by distressing several different layers of the Inked Rose Collection from WeR Memory Keepers...oh I just love this new collection, don't you? Once I had all the fabulous papers applied to the front of my card, I stamped the honeycomb stamp using black ink. To make your heart: Stamp the heart onto Rose paper, add sentiment using black ink and fussy cut them out; I did this twice so I could layer them together for the front of my card. Making a beautiful bow with Really Reasonable Ribbon ribbon is a delight; it is fabulous to work with, the ribbon bow makes the most wonderful addition to my card. Love my new butterfly stamp so of course had to do a double stamped image, fussy cut them out and placed on my card to make it look like it was getting ready to fly away. NOW...to part with a bit of metal and glass, lol...I dug in my hoards and found these little light bulbs with stamped sentiments and thought the "Love" one would work perfect and used  a metal fixture at the top along with a glam paperclip...I think it was just what my "You're Fabulous" Card needed to give it that finished look.
I also want to share with you that both companies have shared a bit of love with our friends that visit the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog...don't you feel the love!!!! So check them out....

You Totally Made My Day with Craftwell and CAS-ual Fridays

I love the Wonderful Words Stamp Set from CAS-ual Fridays....isn't it pretty. The flower stamp worked so well with Craftwell eBosser and Faded Brick Embossing Folder. I think my friend will love it because on the sentiment..."You totally made my day".
I stamped several images onto white card stock, colored them with Copic Markers and cut them out.
Once all the flowers are colored and cut out, place the flower randomly on the front of the card base, making sure to watch the placement of your sentiment you will place on the inside of your card, trace and then cut the card front around your trace lines. Prior to adhering your flowers to the card, stamp sentiment with black ink and run the card through the eBosser using the Faded Brick Embossing Folder.
Adhere the flowers that you traced to the front of the card keeping two of the larger flower that you have colored. Using your scissors and following the stamped lines on the flower cut them toward the center. Once cut, bend petals in toward the center, add an epoxy center. This will give you a fabulous dimensional flower.
Add a fun bow to the side to finish your card off and then they hard part will be to decide who you would like to send it to or better yet maybe make a few...Hugs Pammejo
