December Daily Day One

Fingers Crossed as we go into the holiday season I will be able to keep up with my December Daily...lol, last year I made it to day six. For my December Daily Day One I selected Simple Stories Christmas Papers to work with along with Spellbinders dies.
I began by first cutting out a couple of the dies using my Cut N' Boss, once they were cut I sat them to one side til I got my page prepared.
The page is actually one from the Simple Stories Album I selected but I inked up the edges with Tea Dye Distress Ink and used a Prima Stencil and Faded Jeans to give it a crackle look prior to adding my die cuts.
Using your Teresa Colllins Mega Runner adhere the Spellbinders Heirloom Oval die cuts to the page.
Using your Xyron Create a Sticker is the easiest way to add intricate Spellbinders Medallion Five doilies to any project. These were made using my Spellbinders
Cut three Medallion Five Doily Dies out using your Cut N' Boss.
The fun thing about the Create A Sticker is that you can do multiples by just continuing to feed them through.
Add the Medallions to the page.
Love the Simple Stories Journal Tags that come with the collections so added one to my page along with letter stickers and gemstones.
To finish this page I spattered with a bit of Gold Distress Spray. Now on to the accompanying page.
I covered the back of the chipboard insert that comes in the album with  Simple Stories Christmas paper using my Xyron Glue Stick, inking the edges of all the papers and tags with the Tea Dye Distress Ink.
Taking your curly ribbon bow and Xyron Adhesive Dots...
Add to the top of the tags you have made using the techniques shared above....set to one side until you make your pocket.
Cut a piece of paper and using your Xyron Adhesive Runner go along three sides leaving the top plain and add to bottom of page. Add border trim, a couple of die cut doily to page and large enamel dots to page.
Add more sticker letters and a fussy cut ornament along with the ribbon ties you put to one side to the top of you tags.
Here is a closer look at the tags, I always make list and check them twice since we have such a large family and this helps especially when I am going to buy our special ornaments.
Well I hope you enjoyed my Day One of my December Daily and keep an eye out for further post and inspiration. Hugs Pammejo

Dear Santa Card with SinCity Stamps

Dear Santa...... Don't you love my stockings that I have stamped and colored using my SinCity Christmas Stamp Set. I began by layering green and brown card stock that I distress using my Tim Holtz distress tool and placing them on a white card base using my Xyron Tape Runner.
Stamp and color three sets of stockings using your favorite markers...I used Copic Markers.  Once colored...fussy cut and layer them together using pop dots and place on card front using your Xyron Tape Runner.
Add a couple of clothespins to the front of the card front to make it look like the Christmas Stockings are hanging from the string. Add a small red twine bow to each stocking along with a "Dear Santa" sentiment that I cut from the paper collection. I hope you check out my Christmas Stamp Set from SinCity Stamps as well as other products in the store. Hugs Pammejo

Believe in the Magic of Christmas!!!!

It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving isn't til Thursday but with the Christmas music playing in all of the store, holiday decorations everywhere you go and seeing so many post sharing Christmas Cards it just gets you in the mood to make a few Christmas Cards and decorations yourself. So I pulled out my SinCity Stamps - Christmas Collection and made a card using the Snowman Snow Globe Stamp.
I began by stamping the image onto white card stock using Black Memento Ink and coloring it in with Copic Markers, fussy cut it out, inked the edges with brown ink and placed it to one side....
because I first had to layer my white card base.  I began with embossing a piece of blue card stock with a Snowflake Embossing Folder, added it to the top of the card front, added a piece of pattern paper to the bottom. Using a journal block from the collection I stamped  "Believe in the Magic of Christmas" sentiment from the same set with black Memento ink.  Placing the sentiment  to the front of my card and adding a brown strip of paper along with some blue gemstones.  Once I had it in place I placed my Snowman Globe image on top using pop dots.
I continued the same theme on the inside of my card to give it a finished look. I hope you enjoyed my first Christmas Card and I am sure there will be more to come. Please check out the SinCity Store to see all the products that are available and of course check out my Christmas Collection Stamp Set. Hugs Pammejo

Dimensional Table Top Turkey with Scorepal!!!

Wow!!! Hard to believe we are less than a week from Thanksgiving and I just remembered I had made a Tabletop Turkey last year using my Scorepal!!!! So I thought I would share it again with you, plus it fits in with the challenge on the Scorepal Blog for the "More than One Score Challenge #10". I made my turkey by taking an old tole painting book from which I re-purposed the body by enlarging it to create my project. I made large accordion folded paper wings using strips of paper, scoring every 1/4" and accordion folding them. Once folded attached it to a semi circle piece of cardboard this will help  keep it stable. Attached the turkey body to the top of the back wings once inked.  Fussy cut the face parts and hat out from the pattern. Inking all of the pieces with Chestnut Roan Ink from Colorbox.
My pumpkins are several layers of circles that have been punched from 3 1/2 and 3 inch circles, inked and folded in half using your Scorepal. The stem is a strip of paper that has been accordion folded and placed on top of each pumpkin along with some metal flowers. I fussy cut several of the sunflowers, added buttons that have twine tied to the center of them and placed them on my turkey. I hope you enjoy and look around for patterns you may have that you can re-purpose and use your Scorepal with. Hugs Pammejo

December Daily with Xryon and Spellbinders Product Partner Holiday Blog Hop!!!

Welcome to Product Partner Holiday Blog Hop...I am sharing a December Daily I made for Xyron and Spellbinders partnership. Can you believe that December 1st is just a few days away....so it is time to think of all our holiday planning, so with out further ado here is my December Daily Album 2014....
I love the Painted Lady Die Set from Spellbinders it is such an intricate Victorian House and just has so much detail I had to use it for the cover of my December Daily.
I began by cutting three of the Painted Lady houses out using Simple Stories Paper and my Cut N' Boss from Craftwell.
I ran two through the Xyron Create a Sticker Maker...using one on the cover and saving the other to use on a page in my December Daily Album.
Begin by covering your album with papers and journal pieces from Simple Stories using your Teresa Collins Mega Runner from Xyron.
Add your Painted Lady house that you have previously ran through the Xyron Create a Sticker Maker to the cover, using Xyron Adhesive Eraser to remove any of the extra adhesive from the house...make sure to be careful when doing this.
Run some of the ribbon through your Xyron Sticker Maker to add to the cover of your album....
Place a fabulous flower that you create using Xyron Adhesive Dots...(will be sharing in a future post)
Add a fun curly que ribbon to the side of your flower with a Xyron Adhesive Dots.
Here is a closer look at the side of the flower when the ribbon has been added.
Remember I shared that I cut 3 Painted Lady houses, well with the third I cut the scallop parts off the house and ran them through the Xyron Sticker Maker...
Adding them to the top of my Painted Lady house to give it more dimension.
Add a few Petaloo Flowers to the top of the December Daily using Xyron Adhesive Dots....
Place a fun tag, greens, journal piece, gemstones, enamel piece and numbers to the top of your December Daily.
For the last touch I added the light post that comes with Spellbinders Painted Lady Die Set with pop dots, adding a bow and few tiny floral pieces.
I hope you have enjoyed the making of my December Daily Album and be sure to check the rest of today and this weeks inspiration that Xyron is partner with....
