Love Card


Happy Thursday! 
I hope everyone has a fabulous creative weekend planned!
It is easy to use and so versatile! 
I wanted to share that the Diamond Press Constellation Stamp and Die Bundle is still available on HSN!
Once they are gone … well they are gone!


Adhere card stock and DCWV Simple Joy pattern paper to top of card base.
Stamp image with black ink on to white paper; adhere to top of card.


Layer scallop circles together; add to top of card with pop dots. 
Stamp image with black ink; die cut out. 
Stamp fox with black ink on white card stock; fussy cut out. 
Place on top of card with pop dots. 
Stamp "LOVE" with black ink to pattern paper; die cut out!

Greatest Gift.... Christmas Planner with Authentique Jingle Collection



Christmas in July; are you starting to plan? 
I know it is early but really is it! 
Authentique Jingle Collection will have you wanting to create a holiday planner so you will be able to fill it with ideas, sketches, maybe a few photos, some recipes, a few gift ideas...oh the sky is the limit when we are in the planning stage. 
July is the perfect time of the year to do just that!


Begin by die cutting journal covers and pattern paper. 
Apply adhesive to pattern paper. 


Add pattern paper and border strip to outside and inside of cover.
(Set to one side to decorate the cover when done with inside pages.)


Create mats for a waterfall photo page for inside cover. 


Decorate each of the waterfall pages; layer together. 
Place a matted band around the back of waterfall page. 
Adhere to inside cover. 


Add small decorated closure to top of band. 
Add a small piece of Velcro to hold together. 





Page One


For pocket on page to insert small tag card inside.
Decorate tag with stickers. 


Add small enamel dots to page. 


Page 2


Create a 4" x 12" scored photo book for the top of page 2. 
Score on the 4" and 8" lines on scored board to create folder photo book. 
Decorate each photo page. 


REMEMBER: To decorate the front side and back of the photo pages. 
Add stickers and enamel dots to page. 


Page 3


Create a pocket for Page 3. 
Decorate with border strip, stickers and enamel dot. 
Create and decorate two tags to place inside of pocket. 


Page 4 and 5


Place a double mat on Page 4. 
Decorate with stickers and enamel dot. 

Page 5 is a premade Travel Journal. 
Adhere Jingle pattern paper to top of journal. 


Decorate with doilies, Epherema Card, border strips. 


Add stickers and enamel dot. 


Page 6



Page 6 is the back of the premade travel journal. 
Adhere Jingle pattern paper to back; add photo squares to place photos on. 
Add stickers and enamel dots to mats. 


Fold Jingle paper in half to create Pages 7 and 8.


Add banner and flag to top of pages. 


Page 9


Create a pocket for page 9; fill with tags. 
REMEMBER: Decorate front and backs of tags to have extra photo placements or journaling spots. 


Layer pages together; add to inside of journal with elastic cording!


Decorate binding with snowflakes that have been inked with alcohol inks. 


Add small premade poinsettia to top of bind. 


DECORATE COVER
Wrap ribbon around prepared journal; tie in a bow. 
Fussy cut Santa image from Jingle paper; add to top of journal with pop dots. 
Add a few more of the alcohol inked snowflakes to top along with Snowflake and Poinsettia flower.

Paradise Card with Derwent Acadamy and Xyron

Good morning to all of our Xyron Friends....
Today I am sharing a Paradise Card; after all it is summertime and who isn't looking for some time in "Paradise"!


Begin by adhering pattern paper to the top of card base using Xyron Mega Runner,


Photo 1: Stamp image on Derwent Academy Watercolour Paper Pad to mark the area you want to apply Derwent Academy Watercolour  Pencils to. 
Photo 2: Apply Derwent Academy Watercolour  Pencils to top of paper.
Photo 3: Apply water over top of pencil marks using Derwent Academy Assorted Artist Brush; make sure it dries completely before stamping. 
Photo 4: Stamp flamingos to prepared paper. Set to one side.


Photo 4: Place chipboard pieces through Xyron Creative Station Lite with Permanent Adhesive.
Emboss with Emerald Creek Embossing Powder. 
Photo 5: Run embossed chipboard frame through Xyron Creative Station Lite with Permanent Adhesive. 





Cadmium Yellow, Yellow Oxide, Red, Orange, Terracotta


Adhere frame to top of Tropical Epherema Card. 
Trip around frame. 




Add leaves to front of card. 


Add prepared frame to top of card with pop dots. 


Fussy cut flamingos out. 


Add flamingos to top of card. 


Add bow and fussy cut flowers to front of card.

Love Card with Eileen Hull Inspiration Team and Clearsnap

Love is in the air as Eileen's Inspiration Team is enjoying the release of her Book Club 2 Dies from Sizzix. Which you can find HERE!!!!
Grab the QUICK  because they are selling extremely FAST!!!
BUT...
This month the team is asked to use Eileen's Clearsnap Colorbox Blends with her dies.
 I  created a "Love" Mixed Media Cardbecause what can I say...I Love all of Eileen's fabulous products! 


Begin by inking the inside of the Honeycomb Textured Impressions Clearsnap Color Blends! 


Carefully lay paper on to prepared inked embossing folder. 
Close and emboss. 


Remove paper form embossing folder once embossed; distress edges with distress tool.


Distress card stock and pattern paper; adhere together and place on card front. 

Die cut Heart Journaling Card; ink edges and mat to top of card stock.
Adhere doily to card front and place prepared Heart Journaling Card with pop dots. 


Die cut "Love" from the Journaling Words; adhere to top of scallop circles. 
Ink edges with Clearsnap Nutmeg Color Blends Ink. 
Add small hand cut flag and prepared "Love" to top of card. 


Wrap tan twine around scallop circle; adhere in place; add twine bow with glue gun. 


Die cut Flowers and Leaves from pattern paper; ink edges with Clearsnap Color Blends Ink. 


Repeat for leaves.


Roll inked flowers and leaves using stylus and flower mat; form flowers and adhere together. 


Add prepared flowers and leaves to card front.
