Wednesday Day Fun Day using my "Simplicity" Collection from Wild Whisper!!!

The Simplicity is a fun and funky springish mixed media collection!

 BUT HEY...it is December 2020 right!!!

SO...LET'S HAVE FUN!!!

Let's create a Christmas Card or two using the collection! 

Create a Christmas slimline card by distressing pattern paper using distress tool; adhere to 3 1/2" x 8 1/2" card base. Cut 3" x 8" card stock; stamp Postage Delight Stamp to front with Black ink. Stamp "Sweet Friend" and Scribble Lines from Little Delight 4 x 6 Stamp Set ( Little Delight Stamp is part of the Sensations Collection) to front with black ink. Stamp Merry Christmas to prepared paper with Black ink. Distress edges with tool. Color Postage Delight images with markers. Apply distress inks to top of prepared card stock using blending tool.  Adhere to front of prepared card. Stamp a second set of images; repeat coloring and fussy cut out. Add to front of card with pop dots. 

Die cut poinsettia flowers and leaves from your favorite poinsettia die using pattern paper. Add to front of prepared card. 

Die cut leaves from pattern paper; add to front of card. 

Add ribbon bow to card front and a Panache Tendril Bulb embellishment to front of card. 

Finish with light purple and black enamel dots.

Enjoy the Journey Mixed Media Tag

Enjoy the Journey...Rule the World Mixed Media Tag.

 I created an easy tag by using products in my stash that you might also have in yours. 

I also included a few new ones that are easily available or that you might incorporate a product you have in your stash.

I began by running a piece of mat board through my Xyron Creative Station Light using permanent adhesive.

Photo 1: Apply Barn Door and Wild Honey Distress Ink on craft mat; mist with water and dab 5x8" white card stock through inks. Dry. Adhere to prepared paper to top of adhesive mat board.

Photo 2: Die cut tag from prepared mat board.

Photo 3: Stamp dragon fly, sentiment and background images to top of prepared of tag.

Photo 4: Lay Bubbles Stencil on top of prepared; apply Barn Door Distress Ink to top using blending tool.

Photo 5: Apply Picket Fence Distress randomly to top of stencil; dry.

Photo 6: Color dragonfly images in with Distress Markers.

Photo 7: Distress edges of prepared tag with Distress Tool; apply Wild Honey around distress edges of tag.

Photo 8: Print "Rule the World" sentiment by getting a download from Emerald Creek Craft Supplies! (Emerald Creek Craft Supplies and Pam Bray Designs is offering Digital Designer Paper and Sentiments). Add to top of tag with pop dots.

Photo 9: Apply embossing ink randomly around edges of prepared tag; add Bronze Anther Sensation Embossing Powder to top. Heat Set. (Bronze Anther Sensation Embossing Powder is my newest embossing powder that is available with Wild Whisper it is a part of my Sensations Designer Collection)

Photo 10: Apply Barn Door and Wild Honey Distress Ink to mat; mist with water and drag seam binding ribbon through ink. Dry. Add ribbon and metal brad to top of tag. Enjoy the Journey and always remember to Rule the World! Pam

 I created a Sunflower Botanicabella Mixed Media Pocket Notebook using Eileen's Blends Inks which is available in Eileen's Etsy Store!

Die cut 2 pieces of Sizzix Little Sizzles Matboard; stamp dragonflies and small sunflowers to Pocket Notebook with black ink. 

Ink around stamped images with with Eileen's ColorBox Blends. 

Apply ColorBox Blends Inks to dragonflies and sunflowers with paintbrush and mist of water. 

Ink edges with ColorBox Frog Blend Ink; adhere together at bind to create 4 seams. 

(The Pocket Notebook bind will let you expand to accommodate from 1 to 5 or more signatures.)

Stamp small image from stamp set with black ink. 

Stamp larger sunflowers and "Fall" sentiment to white card stock. 

Ink ColorBox Inks to images. 

Emboss chipboard using Eileen Hull Aqua Splash with Emerald Creek Craft Supplies. 

Adhere emboss chipboard to front of prepared Pocket Notebook album. 

Apply Chocolate Dream Aroma from Emerald Creek Craft Supplies lightly over prepared chipboard. 

Fussy cut and adhere prepared sunflower to front of Pocket Notebook album. 

Add Carmel Rock Candy from Emerald Creek Craft Supplies to center of sunflower. 

Adhere "Fall" sentiment to sticker; add to front of Pocket Notebook with pop dots. 

Apply adhesive using Xyron Creative Station with Permanent Adhesive or use your favorite adhesive. 

Adhere to inside of prepared Pocket Notebook.

Best Friends Scholastic Wrapped Journal with Eileen Hull Inspiration Team

Hi everyone!!!! 

School is about to start! How many families are doing a happy dance? 

I remember those days … even as a home school mom. LOL

Today I am sharing how to create a fun Scholastic Best Friends Wrapped Journal.....

because you know...

as the school year progress our kids will have a best friend or two.

Begin by stamping you background image on a Wrapped Journal Die with ColorBox Blends Ink; apply Emerald Creek Supplies Glistening Gloss ink on top. Heat with embossing gun. 

Apply ColorBox Blends Ink to top of prepared embossed Wrapped Journal.

Using ColorBox Blends Ink and bit of water; paint each berry in. Dry.

Cut pages using  Passport Die.

Page 2 and 3
Decorate each of the pages using Authentique Element and pattern papers.

Page 8 and Front of Mini Composition Book 

Back of Composition Book and Page 9 

Page 10 and 11 

Page 12

Tie pages inside of prepared Wrapped Journal using thin elastic.

Wrap ribbon around Best Friends Scholastic Wrapped Journal; tie closed. Die cut using Credit Card Sleeve Die to mat Scholastic Epherema Card. Add to front of journal with pop dots.

Cut flower and leaves parts using Stitchy Flower. 

Form flowers; adherer to front cover of Scholastic Wrapped Journal.
