America the Beautiful Canvas with Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts

Hi Gypsy Soul Fans...Pam here!!! I am returning to do the blog for a guest appearance for the month of July and what better way to celebrate but with a mixed media canvas using some fabulous chippies from Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts!!!


Begin by giving canvas, Mixed Media Fragments 3 and Deco Stars with gesso; dry. 


Re-paint chippies with Yellow Oxides; dry. Distress pattern paper using distress tool;  adhere to top of prepared canvas. Dry brush Gesso and Yellow Oxide to top of pattern paper. 


Emboss prepared Mixed Media Fragments 3  with Emerald Creek Baked Texture Ancient Amber using embossing ink. Adhere to prepared canvas. 


Mat sticker to pattern paper; add to top of canvas with pop dots. 


Die cut rosettes; add to top of canvas. 


Emboss Deco Stars with Emerald Creek Supplies Baked Texture Deep Sea and Chunky Rust. 


Add prepared Deco Stars to top of canvas. Add a few metal stars. 


Circle punch 1/2" circles from pattern paper; add to top of rosettes. Add "USA" to top of circles. 


Add stickers postage stamps to top of canvas. 



Finish with a few more metal stars.
