Dance int he Rain Artist on the Block with Eileen Hull - Go Green

"Dance in the Rain Artist on the Block" is my Go Green Block for March. I love the stamp sentiment and thought it would be perfect for my block I made using Eileen Hull's XL Scoreboard.
I began by first covering my block using "new discover" Wendy Vecchi Crackle Texture Paste thanks to the Art With Heart Design Team. I am tickled pink over how it crackles....
Once honeycomb stencil is removed and crackle paste has completely dried. I inked first with Wild Honey Distress Ink....
and then again with using Peeled Paint Distress Ink, misting lightly with water and dabbing off.
Here is a closer look at the crackle paste when dried and inked. The gorgeous flowers are made using Heartfelt Creations Posy Patch Flowers Stamp Set and two shades of Copic Green Markers, fussy cut and layered together.
This is one side of my "Dance in the Rain" I used a large metal knob and a few letters to say "Fly".  Don't you love the little butterflies...
I stamped several, well lots on to white paper and colored them with Copic Markers. Fussy cut them out and layered them together at the bodies so the wings would look like they are in flight.
Lastly, on the other side of the "Dance in the Rain" Block is a better look at the layered butterflies along with the flowers that I created.
Well, I hope you love my Garden "Go Green" Box and play along with us on the Art With Heart Challenge, I can't wait to see what you create.
Supplies:

Challenge #16 Office Supplies Challenge with Craft Hoarders Anonoymous Craft Blog

Today on the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog is all about office supplies, so get out the stapler, paper clips, tape, etc and create something fabulous and share it by linking up on the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Craft Blog. I created Day of Thanks Card using a two different stamp sets for Heartfelt Creations along with an image from Crafty Secrets Seasonal Images and Journal Tags
I used a tag, two different paper clip, stapler and adhesive from the local office supply center to create my tag and card with. I made my card using We R Memory Keepers Indian Summer Collection. Once I had my card base covered in the layers of pattern paper and borders I added the tag I made using the Autumn Girl images from the Seasonal Book,
I stamped several of the flowers images on to the Indian Summer yellow and rust paper, fussy cut them out and layered the together. Placing them on my card front and adding a bit of Autumn Flower Soft to the center. I finished my card by adding some clear gemstones and ribbon. So let see how you use your office supplies on your projects but first check out the Craft Hoarders Challenge Rules HERE. Hugs Pammejo

Lindy's luscious luster is all uniquely two-toned! With vibrant shimmery sprays, flat sprays, vintage sprays, embossing powder and lots more!

Lindy’s Stamp Gang is the creative” baby” of Lindy Plakinger. She passed away in 2008 after bravely battling illness. She was a self-made cartoonist, loved drawing, crafting, designing new products, and creating her funny cartoon characters! One of her greatest joys was traveling to stamping and scrapbooking conventions across the US, demo-ing to her heart’s content with her sister, and giggle partner, Vicki!

Lindy’s Stamp Gang will continue, as was her hope, and dream. Her husband and daughter have taken over the company keeping her creativity alive. Tracey, (her daughter), has always been a “jar filler” in the background of Lindy’s Stamp Gang, but is now trying to fill some incredible shoes!

CropStop Guest Designer - Happy Birthday Card with Radiant Rain Mist

Today I am showing you how to use the Radiant Rain Pewter Mist from CropStop...it is so easy to use and is so amazing...

Make sure to shake the bottle of Radiant Rain Pewter Mist really well, place your CraftersWorksop Mini Peacock Pattern Stencil down on your white card stock. Spray you mist on top of the card stock making sure to spray most of the paper, you will need some of it for the border of your card. Carefully remove the stencil so it doesn't drip the wet mist on to your freshly sprayed paper....however if you do it will be okay.

Cut your paper after it is completely dried and place to the top of your grey matted 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" white card base. (you may think that the misted paper would be wrinkled but it is pretty flat once it has dried completely and adhered into place). Here is where I added more of the Radiant Mist sprayed paper to form my border along with a piece of Heartfelt Creations Posy Paper that I punched out with a border punch.
Here is a closer look at the pretty Heartfelt Creations journal piece that comes from the Posy Patch Collection. Add some bling and a pretty ribbon to the top of the card. I hope you head over to CropStop to check out all the fabulous Radiant Rain Mist and The Crafters Workshop Stencils. Hugs Pammejo
