The Good Life Card using Chalking Techniques

Today I want to share with you how to make a  fabulous "The Good Life" card using a chalking technique and your SinCity Scraps A Wing Above the Rest and Rosette Heart Stamp Sets
So let's begin by gathering up some basic supplies...you will need both A Wing Above the Rest and Rosette Heart Stamp Sets, chalk, black card stock, Q-tips, White Chalk Ink, a paper towel.
Begin by randomly stamping your rosettes onto black card stock; only stamp one to three rosettes at a time, make sure you re-ink your stamp each time with your white ink. (HINT: make sure it is a pigment ink and that it is nice and juicy.) Next, apply chalk to the stamp image using your Q Tips, I used a different Q Tips for each of my chalk color selections to do my rosettes with,  make sure the chalk overlaps.

Here is what your rosettes will look like once they are completely inked. Take your paper towel and carefully wipe off  any chalked that might have flaked onto the black card stock.
Attach your favorite border punch to your chalked rosette paper that you have trimmed to fit the front of your card front.  Make sure to save one of the chalked circles to punch out later
Next punch out one of the circles using your scallop punch and set to one side until you are ready to place on your card front.
Stamp your image twice onto your card stock, fussy cut them out.Once you have layered your card front base pieces onto your card, add your saved rosette and bike on with pop dots.
Add some of your favorite metals along with some nailhead gemstones.
I also added a metal file tag to the top of my card that I stamped "Queen" on, tied a bit of red twine around it to give it a finished look
I hope you enjoyed my fun chalking technique and try it out on one of your next projects using the stamps from Sin City Scraps. Hugs Pammejo
