Inspired by Stamping
Spring Blossom Stamp Set is one of nine of the April Releases that will be available on the April 10th for your purchase.
My "For You Card" was made by stamping one of the vase images onto a piece of white card stock and then filling up the vase with two different flower stamp pieces making sure that they would barely overlap as they were stamped.
Once I had them stamped on to the white card base I stamped a few extra single flower images as well as some of the bluebonnet images on to a piece of white scrap that I had left over and one of the vase on to my pattern paper. I fussy cut my pattern vase out and the flowers, coloring the flowers with Copic Markers prior to placing them on to the card base with pop dots.
Hint: Make sure to place your twine around your vase prior to placing your vase to the stamped, you will find it easier to tie.
Add your sentiment to the twine prior to tying a bow, also place your bluebonnets that were cut to the bottom of the vase after you have placed your image to the card base.
I placed a bit of lace and some fun circles to my card front to give it a more complete look. I hope you check out what some of the other Inspired by Stamping designers have done with the Spring Blossom Stamp Set. and to do that here is a list so you can visit their blogs. Colleen
