I made a beautiful poinsettia using McGills flower punch, tool set and mat. Once all of my flower pieces were rolled and formed I painted them with Glimmer Glaze. The Glimmer Glaze will help make them firm and hold their shapes. I allowed each piece to dry completely before I placed them together to form my flower.
I placed the poinsettia on the card front once my eyelet lace was on my card. I love SRM Sticker and the Season's Greetings! gives my monochromatic card just the right amount of color along with the red twine bow. The stick pins just gave my card the final touch that it need. I hope you try your hand on monochromatic colors. Hugs Pammejo

Monchromatic Pointsettia Card
Do you ever surf the internet, blogs, facebook, etc I know I do. A few weeks ago I seen a card done in monochromatic hues of white. I thought it was so pretty and thought I would have to make a card using the hues of white. I border punched the front bottom of my card base out using EK Success Abstract border punch. I cut two pieces of paper to fit the front of my card, punching one with the same border punch I had previously used. I then embossed both pieces using snowflake embossing folders from Sizzix and Lifestyle Crafts. Once done I placed them on the front of my card.
