The Beyond the Page Photo Display has 4 different boards on it that fit into slots on a base board. All of the papers, rub-ons and journal tags are all from the Chanteuse Collection but every collection has to have some other special touches to it.
On the first frame I added some pink twine, a Philosophy Tag and some of the Symphony Tissue Tape from Tim Hotz. I took the Symphony Tissue Tape and accordion folded it before I put it under the Marcato paper that I used. I inked all of my pieces with Chestnut Roan Ink.
On the second frame I cut one of the frames from the Marcato paper, took some pink twine and laced it around the frame before I attached it to the top of brown card stock. My "Treasured" piece is placed on pop dots.
Check out the lace flower, it is made from American Craft Ruban Premium White Lace,I took Tim Holtz Spun Sugar, Peeled Paint, Antique Linen and Fired Brick Distress Stains applied it over the top, alternating the colors, when it was dry I gathered it and added a button that I had added some of the pink twine to the center of.
Frame three is an oval that I cut out of the S0prano paper. I added a Journal Tag and a Word Key to the bottom of the frame that I had cut out along with some more of the Symphony Tissue Tape that I had accordion folded.
Aren't these quilled flowers amazing made from this beautiful paper. To make them tear a circle from a piece of the pink paper, tear it into a spiral. Start from the outside edge and wrap it around a pair of tweezers to form a circle, allow the circle to release a little and glue to the enter circle.
Here is a closer look at the ticket, flowers and word key.
The fourth frame is made using the Con Brio paper and a tag from Mini Journal Tags. I cut my Tim Holtz birdcage from the Tremolo paper along with a piece of Tim Holtz Grunge paper.
I added some of the flowers from the Rub On sheet. I put Glossy Accent on my birdcage and allowed it to dry, this will give great dimension to your birdcage. I attached it to the front of the frame and added some pearl gemstones to the bottom holes.
All of my pieces were stained with the Tim Holtz Walnut Distress Stain. The last thing I did was add some of the flowers from the Rub On sheet.
Here is a side view of the Beyond the Frame Photo Display. Like I said it is amazing and I just love the paper that I purchased from my fiend Anne at the Paper Patch Craft.
Now who will I give this gift to.....
