Valentines is just one day out of the month but it should be a day after day affection. I made this card using Fancy Pants Vintage Valentine Be Mine, I'm Yours, and Ever Dear.I made small "S" roll paper using 1/16" x 12" strips. Roll 1/2 of the strip in one direction and then in the other direction. I then attached them to on top of the where the strips met.
