All Hallow's Eve Altered Mini Album with Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts

Today I am sharing with you  a fun and easy All Hallow's Eve Spooky Mini Album using the Bracket Edged Stagger Mini Album. from Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts. I began by first covering all the pages with pattern paper. Ink all the edges with brown ink.

Apply Boss Gloss to chipboard Spooky Shape Set; apply embossing powder. Heat set.

Add journal pieces and border strips from the pattern paper to pages of mini album.

Create a few hidden pockets to create interest.

Some border punch will give fun and simple details for each page.

Add frames and embossed pieces to the pages.

Do some line work on plain card stock will give your mini frames a fun look. Adding fussy cut images using pop dots also give interest and depth.

Place embossed "Spooky" from the Spooky Shape Set to the back cover of the All Hallow's Eve Spooky Mini Album.

I hope I have inspired you to check out all the fabulous altered albums and Halloween pieces that are available in the Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts Store. Thanks for stopping by. Hugs Pam

Good Morning!!! I am sharing one of my Halloween cards today!!! It is such a fun time of year to create "Spooky" cards and other items; my sketch book is full of ideas so you will be seeing lots this year.

I began by first covering a 5" x 6 1/2" card base with Graphic 45 Steampunk Spells pattern paper and matching border.

Apply Boss Gloss to "Spooky" chipboard and emboss with embossing powder.

Apply Boss Gloss on Spider Web and Spiders with Burnt Copper.

Cut prepared spider web in half and add to half of chipboard circle that has been covered with paper.

Make flower and add to top of card front.

Adhere prepared "Spooky" chipboard to top of pattern paper border strip.

Adhere other half of spider web under border.

Add pretty bow to card front.

Adhere prepared spiders to top of card front.

Adhere borders and fussy cut pattern paper to inside of card.

Hocus Pocus Halloween Candy Stash with Eileen Inspiration Team

I love creating holiday pieces and making fun and unique party favor boxes is one of my favorite things to do.
This month Eileen Hull's Inspiration Team has been asked to create party project for the holidays.
So all I can say is make sure to check out Eileen's Blog and Sizzix to keep up with all the fun filled projects that will be shared all month long.
I began my Hocus Pocus Halloween Candy Stash Box by first cutting out two Loaf Pan using mat board.
Form one as shown and the other cut off 1" on all sides and then form the lid.
Paint with black paint including a 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" piece of mat board.
(If you get black mat board you can skip this step)
Die cut pattern paper and adhere to loaf box bottom, lid and extra mat board piece.
Die cut Lost Zombie from mat board.
(I cut 5 mat board pieces.)
Adhere all mat board pieces together.
Die cut zombie from pattern paper.
Adhere to top of mat board zombie; ink with distress ink using blending tool.
Die cut zombie two more times to form clothes.
Dress your zombie and tie twine around his waist.
Fussy cut bat from pattern paper; adhere to zombie hand.
Die cut Pansy Flower and Spring Leaves from pattern paper;  adhere to top of coffin lid.
Add fussy cut stamp images to top of coffin lid.
Add chipboard to front of coffin.
Adhere one pansy flower and leaf to front of coffin.
Punch hole in the end of the prepared coffin.
Add black jute to form handles.
Fill with your favorite candy.
Place handle of one side of coffin over the shoulder of zombie so it is tilted up.
I just love how it looks like the zombie has his Hocus Pocus Halloween Candy Stash in tow.
I hope I have inspired you to start making some fun and fabulous party projects!!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today.
Hugs Pam
