OH How I Have Loved You......

 Oh How I Love You...
Beautiful Graphic 45 Once Upon A Springtime...
SO...
if you came from Donna's Blog you are at the end of the Hoarders Hop...
AND....
I am going to share with you my love of Once Upon a Springtime.
I have hoarded the last of the tiny remnants of paper and cover from the Once Upon A Springtime...
BUT....
Now it is time to use it.
I used Core'dinations paper that goes with the Graphic 45 collections/
I created mats for my paper pad cover, small scraps of pattern paper and tag.
Layering them on card front.
I added a die cut using a piece of the pattern paper and tucked it under the tag.
Add a few of the journal embellishment tags and brads to the front of the card.
 Along with a pretty bow.
Well....my beautiful Once Upon a Springtime....
What should I do with these bits of scraps?
I tried so hard to use you up!!!
I hope I have inspired you to look through your hoards of scraps and maybe create a beautiful card with some.
Now on to using the rest in a tag or maybe another card.
Make sure to take time to check out all of the Hoarders Design Team projects since we will be taking a summer break.
See you in the Fall!!!
Hugs Pam

You Are My Anchor Card with Graphic 45

It is hard to believe that it is March!!!
BUT....
That doesn't stop the hoarder in us does it...
I mean seriously a true hoarder am I...
SO...IF
you are were just at Debbie's Blog then you are heading in the right direction!!!!
 THAT....
When I was going through paper and other piles of items in my studio...
I came across this small mini album that I began using envelops!!!
I began the mini when Graphic 45 By the Sea Collection
first was available in our area. So you can see it has been laying around for months and months.
I looked at it for a few minutes debating on weather I should finish it...
OR...
Just tear it apart and do something different...
LOL...
Well I tore it apart and used the cover for my card front.
The embossed piece I salvaged for the inside of my card.
I had to distress the edges of the front of the mini using the distress tool because of tearing it apart.
Add a bit of ink so it would look a bit fresher and placed it on a card base.
I had wrapped one of the tags from the collection with brown twine and tied a bow.
Added a few of the stamps to the front.
 Along with some real seashells.
 And lots of layers.
Ink the emboss piece that was salvaged from the mini.
Place it on top of pattern paper.
Add a border and journal piece from the collection.
You Are My Anchor reminds me of so many things...
From the strength I get from my faith to the love of my family and friends.
I hope I have encouraged you into looking into your hoards of half finished projects.
Look for something to recreate with them or just to finish. Make sure to hop over to Jacquie's Blog HERE and see what she has created to inspire you!!!

Begin by first painting the edges and a bit of the back of a 6" x "6 frame.
I know you are thinking "back of a frame"...
Yep!!! We will be covering the back of a frame today.
Die cut the "Heart die" from Pink Core'dinations card stock.
Die Cut the "Love die" from a piece of pattern paper.
(Remember you can cut them both out at the same time...
that is what is so amazing about the Craftwell Cut N Boss!!!)
Use the D platform, metal shim, B plate and two A plates with your dies and Craftwell Cut N Boss.
Emboss the die cut heart and a square of Pink Core'dinations card stock
using the Love Embossing Folder with the D platform and two A plates.
Lightly sand the Love embossed square with sanding block.

Special Birthday Card

It is that time of year for me....birthdays!!!! Lots of them...so I am on a quest to get some made. Today I thought I would share with you one I did last week using Bella Blvd Tiny Tots with Craftwell Honeycomb Embossing Folder. I began by first embossing two pieces of red Core'dinations and lightly sanded them both off. Placing one piec on a 5 1/2" x  5 1/2" kraft card base.
I cut out a frame using Floral Ribbon Threader Spellbinders Die. Place the other embossed red Core'dinations paper on top of it. Add them to the front of the card base with pop dots.
Die cut out a second frame the Floral Ribbon Threader Spellbinders Die, stamp the birthday sentiment using Birthday Wishes Stampendous Sentiment Stamp Set. Place on a piece of red card stock, fussy cut out and mat on a piece of Bella Blvd Tiny Tots pattern paper. Place on card front with pop dots.
Fussy cut out one of the turtles from the Bella Blvd Tiny Tots pattern paper and place on sentiment piece. I hope you enjoyed my Special Birthday Card and try to get a few made so you will have them in your card stash. Hugs Pammejo

Doodlie Doo with Stampedous and Faber Castell

Hi everyone, I am so glad you stop by to check out my Happy Day Card that I created for the Doodle Doo Event for the Stampendous/Dreamweaver Design Team weekly challenge. I have to tell you I love doodling and the Essential PITT Artist Pens for Faber-Castell makes it so easy.
First stamp the Stampendous Daisy Thanks on white card stock along with the sentiment, stamp a second image of the larger flower on white card stock (you will be fussy cutting this one out and layering it) using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. ....
Using your Faber-Castell Essential Artist Pens (SX and S) doodle on the flowers and add the circles from Stampendous Kaffee Klatch Stencil (NKCRS05) to the white card stock to form the background. Using the Faber-Castell Essential Artist Pens (XS) doodle on them.  Using the PITT Pastel Pencils from Faber-Castell color your flowers and background in.  Apply  Stampendous Embossing Ink Boss Gloss to the centers of each flower, add both Lettuce(EP512) and Chinese Red(EP210) to the center of each flower, heat set. Cool and doodle on top.
Mat stamped and colored Daisy Thanks image to Core'dinations rust card stock, wrap with ribbon and tie with bow. Add to front of prepared card with pop dots. ****Front of card base has both a piece of plum and light orange on the front. I hope you try doodling on using your Stampendous Stamps using Faber-Castell Artist Pens and make sure to check out the week of inspiration by stopping over at the Stampendous Blog for more  Doodlie Doo goodness.

Happy Fathers Day with Craftwell and Die-Namites

Today I want to share with you a fast and easy Father's Day Card using Craftwell Teresa Collins  Design Grid Embossing Folder and Die-Namites Heart Leaves Swirl (DN-1194) Die.
I began my card by first placing a green piece of Core'dinations and a piece of Graphic 45 Ladies Diary to the top of my card front. I then selected 6 pieces of Core'dinations Assorted Paper, cut them into small rectangles, place them on the Craftwell- Teresa Collins Design Grid Embossing Folder...
Run them all together using the following platforms and Cut N' Boss.
Don't you love that you are able to run multiple paper cuts using the 8 1/2 x 12 embossing folders. Set to one side.
Cut out two of the Heart Leaves Swirl (DN-1194) using Salmon Core'dinations paper and the Craftwell Cut N' Boss with the following platforms.
Place the embossed Core'dinations to the top of the card front, sand lightly with a sanding block.
Run the two Heart Leaves Swirl die cuts through the Xyron Create a Sticker MAX if you have one. I find it so easy to use for intricate pieces like the Die-Namites die cuts.
Add the two Die-Namites Heart Leaves Swirl die cuts to the top of card. Place one of the Graphic 45 Ladies Diary images to the top of a piece of dark green Core'dinations paper
Finish your Happy Fathers Card with a matching border on the inside and don't forget to add a little something, something in the inside...hint, hint, Gift Cards. I hope you take a moment and check out all the wonderful products at Craftwell and Die-Namites along with checking out the Craftwell Blog and Die-Namites Blog to check out more inspiring projects. I know they would love if you would start following them and sign up for their newsletter. Hugs Pammejo
