Love Candy Basket by Pam Bray with Eileen Hull's Inspiration Team


Spring Time!!!
WOOT WOOT!!!
Eileen Hull's Inspiration Team will be celebrating all month long with sharing "Spring" theme projects!
Of course when I think "Spring"...
WELL...
I think flowers, birdhouses and romance!
Everything around us is ready for new life, growth, etc. 
Today I created a Spring Love Treasure Box made into a basket filled with lots of love, flowers, candy and a special birdhouse. 


Begin by cutting Eileen Hull's Treasure Box from Little Sizzles Mat Board.
Apply ColorBox Blends Bay Ink randomly over the top. 


Stamp background image with ColorBox Blends Ebony Ink randomly on prepared pieces. 


Lay ColorBox Swirldot Art Screen on prepared Treasure Box apply white gesso to top with palette knife. Dry. 


Apply ColorBox Blends Golden, Beach and Nutmeg to top of embossing folder; mist lightly with water. 


Place prepared side pieces of Treasure Box inside prepared embossing folder; emboss side pieces. 
Create Treasure Box


Trim the sides from the lid part of the Treasure Box to create handle. 
Add handle to prepared Treasure Box with small metal brads to create basket.


Add handle to prepared Treasure Box with small metal brads. 


Spray Paper Crinkle with ColorBox Blends Bay Ink and water. Dry. 


Add prepared Paper Crinkle to inside of Treasure Box.


Form Birdhouse Die ink Birdhouse with ColorBox Blends Bay, Golden and Nutmeg Ink. 
Stamp background image with ColorBox Blends Nutmeg Ink. 


Repeat for roof of Birdhouse Die.


Apply ColorBox Blends Bay Ink on embossing folder; place prepared roof in folder. Emboss. 


Lightly sand embossed areas of roof. 


Fill  prepared Birdhouse Die with your favorite candies. 


Place prepared Birdhouse inside of prepared basket. 


Stamp rose image to top of label from the Journal Die using ColorBox Blends Golden Inks. 


Die cut arch and "Love" words from white card stock from the Journaling Die and Floral Arch Words.
Ink with ColorBox Blends Bay and Frog Inks. 


Adhere prepared label, arch and "love" to prepared Treasure Box.


Die cut 4 sets of Romance Flower Die from white card stock. 
Stamp rose image to top of die cut pieces with ColorBox Blends Golden Inks; ink edges. 


Layered prepared stamped die cuts together with small brads. 
Adhere to front of prepared Romance Flower Die; add small metal brad to top. 
Add twine and ribbon bow to front of basket that has been form from Treasure Box.


Add 4 small wooden beads to prepared basket. 


Add smaller prepared Romance Flower Die to top of birdhouse. 
Add small metal knob to front of birdhouse. 


Add small metal brads to center of smaller flowers.
