Faith, Love, Joy Banner with Tutorial and Fan Favorite Winner Announced!



Hi everyone, today I am sharing my Inspiration Banner using Eileen Hull's Blends Ink and a special announcement!!!  
Each month I will be picking a FAN FAVORITE...

AUGUST FAN FAVORITE WINNER...

Cover 3 banner with white card stock. 
Lay art screen on top of banner; apply  Bay Blends Ink to top of screen.



Apply Watermark Ink on top of prepared banner.
 Sprinkle Copper Embossing Powder sparingly on top; heat set with embossing gun. 


Adhere border strip and scallop bored strip to top of prepared banners.
 Punch holes in top of corners of prepared banners.


Emboss scallop circle image using Watermark ink. 
Apply Copper Embossing Ink; heat set. 
Fussy cut image out. 


Stamp heart images from with black ink to prepared black ink. 
Apply Golden Blends Ink over top of prepared embossed scallop.
 Using small paint brush apply Stop, Leaf and Bay Blends Ink to top of stamped heart images. 
(Mist each of the colors with a tiny bit of water for easy application.) 


Add to top of banner with pop dots. 


Stamp words "Love, Hope, and Joy" with Watermark Ink.
 Apply Copper Embossing Powder; heat set with embossing gun. 


Mat words on pattern paper. 


Add to banner with pop dots. 


Tie banner together with twine. 
Add flowers and gemstones.

Smile....Blog Hop with Blank Page Muse Stamps!!!!

When I heard that the Blank Page Muse Stamp Design Team was having a Blog Hop...
well don't tell… I invited myself, lol. 
Who doesn't love a good blog hop!!!
 OF COURSE... 
I created a fun card using a couple of my latest Blank Page Muse Stamps!


 (Available in the Blank Page Muse shop)
Ink edges with ColorBox Nutmeg Blends Ink.
Stamp Wild Berries Coloring Background Stamp to top of white card stock; ink with ColorBox Blends inks to create watercolor look.
Stamp flowers and leaves from  Blank Page Muse Stamp Scribble and Scratch Mixed Media Art Stamp Set 2 to top of white card stock; ink with ColorBox Blends inks to create watercolor look.
Fussy cut flowers and leaves out. 


Distress edges of prepared background paper; ink edges with ColorBox Blends Nutmeg Ink. 
Adhere to card front. 


Stamp "Smile" from Happy Llama Day Stamp Set using black ink; distress ink and mat to pattern paper and kraft cardstock. 
Add to front of card with pop dots. 
Add clear gemstones. 


Layer prepared fussy cut Scribble and Scratch  flowers and leaves together; adhere to front of card. 
Add Emerald Creek Craft Supply Butterscotch Embossing Powder to center of flower; heat set. 
Add twine bow to card along with purple gemstone.

Imagination Window Box Card with Lynda Kanase


Hi Fans!!! 
Are you ready to look out your window and allow your imagination to go adrift! 
I know I am!
Lynda Kanase Window Box Impresslit Die Set is the perfect die to allow you to just do that when you are wanting to create! 


Begin by first embossing and die cutting the Window Box Impresslit using cream card stock. 


Adhere pattern paper to the top of a card base. 



Adhere one of the images from the pattern paper behind the inked and embossed paper.


Apply ColorBox Blends to cream card stock. 


Die cut flowers and leaves from prepared inked paper using the Window Box Impresslit Die. 
Add flowers, leaves and butterflies to card front.
 Add gemstones. 


Adhere bows to card front. 
Add more of the die cut flowers and leaves to front of card. 
I hope I have motivated you to use your imagination as you look through the window to create something amazing.

Dare to Dream Mixed Media with Blank Page Muse May Release!


Dare to Dream!!!!
What an important Goal!!!
I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be a stamp designer!
SO ….
I challenge everyone that follows me ….
Dream
AND...
Make sure to Follow them! 
I am sharing a mixed media canvas using my "New" Dare to Dream Collage Stamp and the Scribble and Scratch Stamp Set from Blank Page Muse Stamps along with ColorBox Blend Inks and Art Screen!


Begin by adding layers of ColorBox Golden, Bay and Beach Blends Ink to a 5" x 7" canvas. 


Stamp prepared canvas with Blank Page Dare to Dream Collage Stamp with Ranger Archival Black Ink. 
Stamp Scribble and Scratch Stamp images using the Bay Blend Ink. 


Stamp Dare to Dream Collage Stamp on white card using Ranger Archival Black Ink 
Paint the heart and ladybugs on stamped collage with ColorBox Stop Blends Ink using paint brush and water. 


Paint flower with ColorBox Golden and Frog Blends Ink using paintbrush and water. 


Paint bamboo with ColorBox Nutmeg Blends Ink using paintbrush and water. 


Fussy cut image out; adhere to prepared canvas. 


Lay ColorBox Swirldot Art Screen on top of prepared canvas; apply crackle paste with palette knife. 
Dry. 


Stamp a second Dare to Dream Collage image to white card stock; color image above directions. 
Fussy cut out images out. 


Add to front of prepared canvas with pop dots. 


Add metal gears and pin tip to front of canvas. 


Adhere metal butterfly.
Add Glossy Accent to center of ladybugs.
