A huge Red, White and Blue salute this Memorial Day! I was raised in a military family and we traveled here, there and everywhere! My dad was deployed more times than I can remember! We have family, friends and a son that have served or are serving in our military. We have loved ones that have given their all for our country and to those we honor on this Memorial Day!  I can say with all of my heart my greatest joy is to see our great American Flag flurrying in the wind! It always takes my breathe away and I will always be thankful for our freedoms and will always remember the sacrifices given.

Today I created I Love You ... Red, White and Blue Card to honor Memorial Day!

I love how easy Authentique Heroic pattern papers are to layer together! Adding a couple of small doilies just makes the red, white and blue pop.

Layer two of the Epherema Cards on top of each other; add sticker border strip and place on card front with pop dots. Place start sticker to top of card with a pop dot.

Die cut a three rosettes and add to card front.

Place USA sticker letters to center of rosettes and add a double twine bow to finish card.

In remembrance of my military experience and our several moves I created a Travel Trailer using a Sizzix Die and chipboard. Die cut the trailer; adhere pattern paper to formed trailer along with border sticker. Ink edges with Nutmeg ink. Adhere tan twine around edges of prepared twine.

Punch two small circles from pattern paper; add stars to center. Add to front of trailer.

Create small flags but cutting 1/2" squares from pattern paper and trimming to form triangles. Add to front of trailer with pop dots.

Cut rectangle to form door; adhere small sticker to make the window of the door. Place black gemstone for door handle.

Add the "Home of Free Because of the Brave" to the back of the trailer!

Add "Veteran" sticker to the front along with the hitch!

To finish your trailer...WELL...ALL TRAILERS NEED FLAGS! I created these using toothpicks.
Add twine bow and stars to flags!

Happy Memorial Day and make sure to stop by the Authentique Blog HERE for more Memorial Day Tributes! ....Pam
