Dad...My Heart and Soul Card with Emerald Creek Supplies

I am
sharing  my  "Dad...My Heart and Soul Card for the Emerald Creek Supplies "Guy Style" Challenge! First, my guys are all a bit on the grungy side, lol. They love working in the yard, messing with cars and tools, hiking, fishing and anything outdoors. So my "Guy Style"  first of all means a salute to all the men in my life. I couldn't help but to create a Dad's  Day Card since it is in June, plus it gives me a chance to play with Emerald Creek's Seth Baked Texture and some a the Vintage Timepiece Stamp.

Begin by creating your background by stamping the Vintage Timepiece on white card stock using embossing ink. (Mask the top of the timepiece off to just get the watch part.) Apply Baked Texture Dirty Sand; heat set.

Ink embossed paper with distress inks.

Distress edges of pattern paper, black card stock and embossed paper. Adhere pieces together; adhere to top of card base.

Emboss die cut pieces with Baked Texture Embossing Powder.

Distress pattern paper and card stock mats; wrap with twine. Tie into bow.
Add to top of card with pop dots. a
Place sentiment to top of card front.

Adhere embossed Umbrella Man to top of card.

Add embossed Crosshatch piece to bottom of card.
I hope you are inspired to create a "Guy Style" project and join Emerald Creek Supplies in this months challenge. Don't forget to go to the blog to checkout all the amazing projects from the design team. Pam
