Embrace The Journey Tablet Organizer with Eileen Hull Inspiration Team

Disclaimer Notice: I’ve received products/compensation as part of the Eileen Hull Inspiration Team. This project however, is 100% my own project! Some of the links in this post are affiliate links. I explain more HERE!.

Good Morning everyone!
This month Eileen Hull's Inspiration Team was asked to create some "unique" projects using her dies.
I decided I would make a Tablet Organizer using the Journal Die, Needle Book and Stitchy Flower & Leaf Thinlits to create my "unique" piece!

I began by die cutting the Journal Die using mat board; inking the outside of the covers with distress oxide inks.

Stamp the prepared covers with background stamps using black ink.

Lay stencil on prepared covers; apply crackle paste with palette knife. Dry
Adhere journal together at bind.

Die cut Needle Book from mat board and Heartfelt Paper Pad.
Adhere together; ink with  distress oxide inks.

Stamp prepared Needle Book with back ground image; ink with a bit more distress oxide if needed.
(Set to one side; this is the journal closure)

Cut and adhere Kunin Felt, making sure to leave the length of the felt to form pockets.
Add a 2" by length of felt to one pocket with stapler.

Adhere tatted lace to the top of felt to give a finished look.

Ink Kunin White and Yellow felt with distress oxide inks.
Apply Textile Medium over the top to keep it form bleeding; dry.

Die cut Stitchy Flowers & Leaf Thinlits form prepared Kunin Felt.

Adhere flowers to top of prepared pockets and strap to inside of journal.
Tie twine to buttons; adhere to flower centers.

Create a 3" x 8" notepad by cutting copy paper and stapling together at top.
Add pattern paper border from the Heartfelt Paper Pad.

Add prepared notepad, pencil and tablet to inside of journal.

Add metal key hole to front of journal along with premade flowers.

Adhere sentiments to the bottom of the journal along with metal arrow.

Adhere prepare Needle Book to journal; netting bow along with tatted lace trim.

Adhere magnetic circles to journal and closure.

Add prepared Kunin Felt flowers to top of closure.

I hope I have inspired you to make something "unique" using Eileen's fabulous dies from Sizzix.
