I am so excited to share with you my Precious Moments Wall Hanging using Crescent Photo Mat using Eileen Hull latest flower dies and Graphic 45 Precious Moments.
Begin by first adhering pattern paper to the top of the 11" x 14" mat board.
Add punched pattern borders and card stock to the top with a decorative border.
Here is a closer look at the borders.
Frame the mat board opening with pattern paper and card stock.
Die cut several sets of flowers from Eileen's Dies.
Shape according to package.
I create more dimension by creasing the edges with a stylus and tweezers.
Die cut doilies, adhere to top of mat art board.
Form flowers and add to front of prepared Precious Memories Wall Hanging.
