Sweet Sunflower of Fall

Hi!!! Today I am giving you a little preview of a fabulous week working with Tombow Products!!! Are you excited!!! I sure am and will be sharing with you this week some of my cards using markers and recycle pencils.
So let's begin with me sharing a Sunflower Card since we are going into Fall.
I began by cutting a piece of pattern paper, inked the edges with ColorBox Chestnut Roan ink.
Stamp the top using an image from the Fiesta Cling Stamp Set.
Stamp the Sunflower image on to watercolor paper, using Tombow Dual Markers and the "Direct to Paper Technique" color image in. Using Tea Dye Distress Ink, ink edges after your image is colored.
(The ‘direct to paper’ method is just that, add the color to the paper.
Blend it out using water and a brush. Tombow markers
blend very easily enabling you to get many
shades from each marker. Simply add the
colors to the image)
Apply Dreamweaver Crackle Embossing Paste using stencil and palette knife.
Allow Crackle Embossing Paste to dry. Add scallop border and pattern paper strip to top of card.
Stamp sentiment on front of card. Mat colored image on to brown pattern paper, place on card front with pop dots. Add brown twine bow and small enamel dots.
I hope you enjoyed my Sunflower card using Tombow Markers.
Make sure to check out all the beautiful Tombow inspired projects that are being shared by the Stampendous Design Team all week long.
