Welcome Monday Morning!!! Can you believe how fast the year is speeding by....I can't. This weekend was Fathers Day so I would like to share a tag I made to place on my husband gift bag. I love tags and never have enough hanging around to use.
I started my tag by first painting with White Gesso, once it was dried I added modeling past using a plaster knife and a stencil that I just love
I sprayed my tag with two different colors of mist once the
tag was completely dried.
Make sure to allow your tag to dry completely
after misting and then stamp your Art Jorunaling collage stamp to the top, this
will create more interest to your tags background
I stamped my Journal Stamp from the Art Journaling set to a
piece of pattern paper, fussy cut it out and distressed it using my distress
tool. I placed it to my tag and stapled it into place. I then stamped my World
Balloon from Wing Above the Rest Stamp Set once onto pattern paper using Broken
China Distress Ink and once with the Black Memento Ink. I fussy cut the basket
and world from the black stamped image and placed it on top of the blue image,
placing it to the top of the journal block with pop dots. I added my die cut
from the paper pad to the bottom of the journal block.
I added some matching ribbon to the top of the tag prior to
placing it on my gift bag. I hope you try making fun and unique tags for your
gift bags and make sure to check out the Sin
City Stamps Store to check out the fabulous stamps that are being offered.
