I added a small mustard sheer ribbon to the neck of the snowman along with some small white snowball gemstones to the front of the snowman tummy. My hat has some Crystal Stickles to give it some glitter and glimmer of snow. I also did some distressing, inked the edges with Chestnut Roan ink and placed it on pop dots.
Here is the inside of my card. I fussy cut my skates, inked the edges and placed it on a pop dot, I also added a little twine bow to the top of the skates.
I hope you enjoyed the hop since I am the last one on the hop and remember if you need to start at the beginning go to Vintage Heartfelt Designs Blog and begin there. I am sure you will find blog candy, tutorials and wonder vintage projects along the way.

ReplyDeletewonderful card, that snowman is great
ReplyDeleteI love your card ... especially the skates inside hanging from the twine. I had to chuckle with the message "Warm wishes" -- warm, just what a snowman DOESN'T want, LOL. Here it is hot summer -- 102 yesterday -- far, far away from snow. Thank you for the reminder that it's right around the corner!

Pam this card is great. I know you told me your card was done and didn't have time to go back and add snow, but since the paper had snowflakes on it that was your snow along with your snowman. I also loved the ice skates were they inside the card? Great job. TFS Dee:)
