Jubilee Easter Surprise Box with Xyron

I am super EXCITED  to share my first post for the XYRON 2018-2019 DESIGN TEAM!!!

Xyron is a dream team especially if love FABULOUS ADHESIVE!!!

My first post for the year is a fun and super simple Jubilee Easter Surprise Box!

WHO WON'T LOVE A SURPRISE TREAT!

REMEMBER...

This is so easy that you can recreate anytime of the year and for any occasion!

Begin by using a 4" square chipboard box with lid. 

Using an Xacto Knife cut down the sides of the box; leave the lid in tack. 

Sand the edges off slightly to remove any of the paper that might be hanging off. 

Ink edges with Colorbox Blends Frog Ink. 

Cut pattern paper to fit the outside of box and the inside.

Ink edges. 

Run pieces through the Xyron Creative Station using Xyron Permanent Adhesive. 

Adhere pieces to box. 

Die cut doilies form pattern paper. 

Adhere using  the Xyron Creative Station using Xyron Permanent Adhesive. 

Add to box.

Add border and scalloped strips of paper to top of inside and outside of box. 

Punch images from pattern paper using circle punches. 

Ink edges. 

Run circles through Xyron 1.5" Sticker Marker. 

Place punched images on with pop dots. 

Add a cute little Easter Chick or other fun item inside of the box.
(My little chick chirps when you hold it in the palm of your hands! How stinkin' cute is that)

Bring sides of box up to enclose chick and place lid back on. 

Decorate the sides of prepared box with images from pattern paper. 

Add inked strips of paper around lid. 

Decorate the top with pattern paper squares, doily and circles that have been inked after placing adhesive from the Xyron Creative Station using Xyron Permanent Adhesive. 

Add a bow, flowers and small metal brad to finish the top of the Jubilee Easter Surprise Box. Enjoy and I would love to see the "SURPRISE" BOXES you create using Xyron products. Pam
