Begin your Happy Halloween by applying Broken China and Seedless Preserves Distress Ink on white card stock using a blending tool.
Adhere stamped paper to black card stock; adhere to card base.
Die cut fence and adhere to top of card along with pattern paper borders.
Stamp Batrick Stamp to inked card stock; fussy cut images out. Add to front of card with pop dots.
Stamp Head Light Stamp to pattern paper with black ink. Color with markers.
Fussy cut the colored Head Light Stamp out and layer together with pop dots. Add to front of card.
