Allow to dry completely.
Stamp background to prepared canvas with black paint.
Allow to dry completely.
Allow to dry completely.
Stamp snowflakes to canvas with white paint.
Allow to dry completely.
Paint frame with black paint.
Allow to dry completely.
Repeat with yellow paint.
Place prepared canvas into painted frame.
Color with markers.
Fussy cut images.
Adhere fussy cut images to canvas.
Adhere pattern paper behind metal frame.
Add to canvas.
Adhere bow and pinecones to canvas.
Add gemstones to hats.
