Stampendous has some fabulous all in one stamps and I just love this one.
Add card stock to card base.
Stamp image on white paper with black ink.
Color with markers.
Die cut colored image out.
Adhere to card base.
Wrap ribbon to the bottom.
Add to top of card front with pop dots.
Add bow to top of wrapped ribbon.
Add clear gemstones.
