Faber-Castell Colabration with Stampendous

This week our team will be showcasing the Art Grip Aquarelles Watercolor Pencils, the PITT Pastel Pencils, and our very special guest Nathalie Kalbach will be featuring the Gelatos! There will be guest-starring roles by the PITT Artist Pens for doodling and drawing!
Wait until you see the colorful inspiration we have for you this week! We’ll be Blogging in Color!
Faber-Castell is one of the oldest corporations in the world. They created the very first lead pencil with wood around the lead in the 1600's and I super excited to be able to design a beautiful card using the  Mix & Match Aquarelle Watercolor Pencils with Stampendous Daisy Cluster Stamp (CRW096).
I stamped my Stampendous Daisy Cluster onto watercolor paper using Tuskineko Memento Tuxedo Black Ink (MEM900). Coloring the flowers with Faber-Castell #117 and #126 Aquarelle Watercolor Pencils. The leaves with #163 and #166 Aqurelle Watercolor Pencils, and centers of flowers with #108. The pretty butterfly is colored with #136, #151, and #153 Faber-Castell Aquarelle Watercolor Pencils.
All of the images are colored using the #3 brush that comes with the pencils.
I stamped the sentiment from Stampendous Friendship Assortment Stamp Set (SSC116) using Tuskineko Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. (MEM900).
Once my image was completely colored I matted it to several different pieces of WeR Memory Keepers Anthologie pattern papers that I had corner chomped using the WeR Memory Keepers Deco Corner Chomper and placed them on a 5 x 5 square cream card base. I added a few border strips to the inside of the card to dress it up a bit, added a fun bow to the front along with a small red gemstone. I hope you enjoyed my "Your Friendship Makes Life Sweet" Card and hope you check out the other inspirational projects that the Stampendous Design Team have made this week for our Faber-Castell Collaboration. Hugs Pammejo
