What a Hoot Wild Thing with Stampendous

Entering my What a Hoot Wild Thing Tag in the SimonSays Stamp and Mist Challenge make sure to check the Simon Says Blog for details.
Hi....isn't it a wonderful day to create fun projects. I created for you today a "What a Hoot Tag" using Stampendous Pen Pattern Owl RS-P230 and Wired Grillager NKCRS02 Stamp Sets.
I began by first cutting a tag to measure 3" x 5" and stamped a Pen Pattern Owl to the top with Tsukineko Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the Pen Pattern Owl two more times on scrap White Mixed Media Paper using the Tsukineko Tuxedo Black In and fussy cut one out to use as a mask.
Place mask to top of tag, stamp the chicken wire stamp from the Wired Grillager NKCRS02 to the top of the tag with Tsukineko Tuxedo Memento Black Ink. Spray with Dylusion Sprays.
Once dry place stencil from Wired Grillager NKCRS02 to top of tag, using Dreamweaver Embossing Crackle Paste and Dreamweaver Palette Knife apply paste. (Allow to dry according to directions on bottle.) When dry stamp circles from the Wired Grillager NKCRS02 to top of tag with Tuskineko Tuxedo Memento Black Ink. Distress edge with distress tool.
Color Pen Pattern Owl with Copic Markers:
Wing: BY01, BY04, BY13
Leaves: YG03, YG05
Pupil: Y15
Claws: Y19
Eye: B02
Beak Y15, Y19
Feather and Belly: YR04, YR07
Head: E31, E35
Using Tea Dye Distress Ink go over the top of image once colored.
Fussy cut the Pen Pattern Owl out.
Distress tag with distress tool, place on black card stock.  Place Pen Pattern Owl on the front of prepared tag. Tie ribbon around bottom. Add Ribbon at top.
I hope you enjoyed my tag that I am sharing for the "Let's Go Wild" Event with Stampendous and take a time this week to check out other inspiring projects that the Stampendous Design Team will be sharing all week. Hugs Pammejo
