Today is the last day of the Blog Hop for Stencil Girl Products and Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog...so Kathy, Tammi and I are sharing out projects with you but remember to visit the rest of the blogs to see all the fabulous inspiration and enter to win some wonderful prizes. Challenge #10 for the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog is Show us your inner mixed media diva! Use spray mists, inks, paints, modeling paste, embossing powder, pastels, chalk, and whatever messy media you can find! Let's dig into that hoard, pull out some of that "messy stuff," and use it up! There is a mess-maker hiding in all of you! Let her/him out to play! So come play along with us!!! I made a layout for the challenge using a photo of my youngest son and his beautiful bride of two years.
I started by spraying my WeR Memoy Keepers Farmers Market paper with three different colors of Dylusion Sprays, once dried layed my Stencil Girl Circle Stencil down and applied modeling paste. I repeated it with my tag I die cut out of World Win Ultimate Cream Card Stock.
After the modeling paste dried you can see how the mist came trough the paste, pretty cool right. I stamped my paper and tag randomly with my SinCity Stamps honeycomb stamp and black ink.
With the left over paper I punched a bunch of little flowers out and I mean a bunch, layered them....
and created all these fun little flowers...of course I had to add a gemstone in the center of each.
Placing an inked double mat that I made using World Win Paper to the top of my paper I placed my photo on the top.
Finally I added my tag I made from World Win Ultimate Cream Card Stock using WeR Memory Keepers Farmers Market to the top of my layout. Adding a few metals and some ribbon. Well I hope you enjoyed my inked up, sprayed up, paste up layout and try your hand at making something fun using your hoards of products and remember to enter it in the challenge on the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog.
