Live in the Moment Scrapbook Page

Hello my creative friends! It is always fun to create scrapbook pages; it always makes me smile as I reflect on those sweet memories! I am sharing a sweet layout that I created using my Carefree Collection from Wild Whisper! I know some think my papers are busy but I love bright paper and always make sure that the colors, patterns and ideas blend together when I create them. You will always be able to do multiple layers like I love to do or do a stand alone paper or two! It all works fabulously together! 

Begin by selecting the mixed media background paper; adhere paper strip pieces to the top. Add fussy cut flags under blue strip of border. 

Add stitched border strip toward bottom of layout. Fussy cut flowers from the floral pattern paper; add to layout here and there. Add some with pop dots for added dimension. 

Adhere punched circle and fussy cut flags from the pattern paper along with a Carefree Flair Button. 

Finish layout with matted Carefree Epherema Sentiment and favorite photo. Don't forget to add a bit of Glossy Accent from Ranger to the centers of the flowers to give that added bit of dimension!  Enjoy Pam

On Wings We Will Fly Folio Journal with Eileen Hull

Let's get Unconventional with different materials this month with Eileen Hull's Design Teams! Yes, it’s a new month with a new theme! May’s is all about using “Unconventional Materials”! Eileen Hull has challenged her Teams (and you) to create projects that use her dies with materials and substrates you wouldn’t normally think of crafting with. I began by running two pieces of Sizzix Matboard through my Xyron Creative Station with Permanent Adhesive #624632.  Cover prepared matboard carefully with Stamperia Wonderland Rice Paper; die cut out using Folio Journal XL Die #664884. Simple and super easy to do! 

  

Stamperia Wonderland Rice Paper

Carefully bend at the score lines. 

Die cut inside pieces using distress card stock and Folio Journal XL Die #664884; adhere to inside of Folio Journal using Xyron Creative Station with Permanent Adhesive #624632.

Photo 1: Punch circle images from Stamperia Wonderland Design Paper; adhere together and place on prepared folio front with pop dots. 

Photo 2: Die cut several flowers, leaves and centers using Folio, Pocket Page Thinlit 12 Pieces Die Set #664883 and Stamperia Wonderland Rice Paper. 

Photo 3: Mist with water; wad pieces up. Dry. 

Photo 4: Adhere flowers together using Xyron Mini Glue Gun with Glue Sticks #627141.

Adhere prepared flowers and leaves to front of folio using Xyron Mini Glue Gun with Glue Sticks #627141, Create enclosure using prepared piece from the Folio Journal XL Die #664884 and birdhouse Epherema from Stamperia Wonderland Designer Paper to create tab. Slide birdhouse tab under circle pop up piece. Add two small brads to top of prepared folio and tie closed with ribbon.

Begin by applying pattern paper and black card stock to 5" x 6 1/2" card base. Create a mix media back ground using Ranger Distress Inks along with  Emerald Creek Craft The Blend Stamp Set coffee ring stamp using distress ink and Wild Whisper Little Things Stamp Set zig zag stamp using black ink

Stamp sentiment from Emerald Creek Craft Supplies Coffee Sentiments on white paper with Ranger Archival Black Ink. Mat on black card stock; add to front of card with pop dots. 

Stamp Fireside coffee cup, The Blend and coffee beans on white card stock; color with water and distress inks using Ranger Water Pen. Fussy cut out when dry; add to front of card with pop dots. Add small metal spoon and twine bow to card front.

It's the Little Memories...

Happy Monday my creative friends! It is always fun to create something daily; doesn't really matter what it is... a card, a scrapbook page, paint something, bake cookies as long as you are creating it will make you smile. Try to create a special memory daily so you will have that fomoment in time. 

Begin by covering a 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" Kraft Card base with paper from the Carefree Collection. 

Emboss a chipboard frame using Sensation River Rock Embossing Powder.

Stamp sentiment on white card stock using black ink. 

Adhere under prepared embossed chipboard. 

Add to front of card base. 

 Fussy cut flowers images from Carefree Designer Papers; adhere to card front. 

Add Glossy Accent from Ranger to center of flowers. 

Add small twine bow to card front.

Sweet Friend...

Happy Day 2 of National Scrapbooking Weekend my "Sweet Friends"! I hope you are filled with fun inspiration and a time to create this weekend! I found out over the last few years that "Friendship is a Treasured Gift" as my family walked through one of the worse journeys of our lives. Make sure to treasure every moment with your family and friends!

Today I am sharing a sweet card created with my Carefree Collection manufactured by Wild Whisper! Begin by adhering pattern paper to top of a 5" x 6 1/2" black card base. Fussy cut the strip from pattern paper and adhere to top of prepared card. 

Fussy cut second flower; add to top of flower strip on card. Add glossy accent to center of flower. 

Stamp "Sweet Friend" using the stamps from the Little Things 4"x6" Clear Stamp Set from the Simplicity Collection along with the "Friendship is a Treasured Gift" from the Live in the Moment 4"x 6" Clear Stamp Set from the Carefree Collection using black ink and a strip from the Carefree Collection. Add sentiment to card front with pop dots. Add small bow.

Play in the Sun; Dance in the Rain Card with Wild Whisper

Happy National Scrapbook Day!!! 

Play in the sun, dance in the rain! Last month I released my Carefree Collection with Wild Whisper but I am sorry to say that I have been missing in action since the beginning of the year and wasn't able to create or share as I would have like. My wonderful love of my life; my sweet husband passed away but I am  hoping that over the next week you fine lots of inspiration using the Carefree Collection! There is nothing better for the soul than to create and be inspired by others. 

I created a slimline card. First, cover the card with strips of Carefree Collection; there are several background pieces along with some bright and fun pattern papers. Fussy cut a few of the images from the collection and add to front of card front. 

Cut the Play in the Sun Epherma Card from the Carefree Cut A Part Sheet; add to front of card with pop dots. Add a few more of the fussy cut pieces to front of card front. Add a pretty bow to front to complete card. I hope you are inspired and pick up your own Carefree Collection and share your inspiring projects with me and others! Enjoy Pam
