Corset Banner with Want 2 Scap - Day 3

Well I hope you have been following my post this week on the decorations I created for my friends Lingerie Party... if not you can find Day 1 HERE and Day 2 HERE!!!! I think you will be inspired by them.
For Day 3 - I began making my garland by using this beautiful Corset Chipboard Book from Want2Scrap.
Using my "NEW" Xyron Creative Station I ran five sheets of  8 3/4" x 10 3/4" pattern paper using it.
Once I had adhesive on all the pieces of pattern paper....
I traced around each piece and using my scissors fussy cut around them.
I made a whole bunch of roses using the Tim Holtz Pinecone Die from Sizzix using the Craftwell Cut N Boss.
Here is a closer look at each of the Corsets with the roses.
I added doilies to most of the Corset  using a Spellbinders Doily Die and the Craftwell Cut N' Boss.
I thought adding pearl gemstones would also add to the details of each of the Corsets.
Of course each of the Corsets had to have some of the Teal Tulle bow place around the waist.
And to finish them I added a few silk leaves under the roses.
Tie the first two together using white tulle...
and then repeat with the last two Corsets.
Connect them to the last Corset with white tulle.
Add a bow to each side the length you need to hang it up.
The Corset Banner made a fabulous decoration for my mantel and my friend love it. I hope you check out the Want2Scrap site for the Corset Banner as well as other fabulous chipboard. Don't forget to also check out the "NEW" Creative Station from Xyron, you will fall in love with the ability to run such wide pieces of material through this machine. Hugs Pammejo

I Am An Original

"I Am An Original" is of my grand-daughter Annie, she was so happy to be dancing around in the kitchen. I thought the Authentique "Original" Collection worked perfectly with her denim outfit.
I sprayed both Marshmallow and Coffee Shop Glimmer Mist to my paper before I placed my photo and embellishments on top. How appropriate is the Coffee Shop Mist worked so well with the Authentique Papers.

Want 2 Scrap has some fabulous bling and I could see the swirls in the coffee cup with these so of course I had to use them as part of my project. How fun are the paper doilies that I inked up with my Chestnut Roan ink before I placed them on my project.
I fussy cut the triangles from one sheet of the paper, inked and placed on on top of a pop dot to give more dimension.
My title is actually part of the bar code that came on the paper. All I can say is make sure to check out the bar codes because this was just perfect. "Insist upon yourself. Be Original." and I believe my Annie Girl will definitely be herself as she grows up and will insist that she remain original. Hugs Pammejo

Days Like These Makes Me Smile Tag

I went to a crop this weekend with some of the Displaced Scrapbookers in our area. I had a fabulous and fun time with ladies I haven't seen in awhile. One of the things we were challenged to do was make a tag from 3 sheets of paper that Ann (our hostess) gave us. I received 2 sheets of Jillibean Pasta Fagioli and a piece of Cosmo Cricket Bloomin' Babies to create my tag with. I made most of it at the crop but finished it today since I had my embellishments that I wanted to use at home.
I stamped the sentiment using Technique Tuesdays Favorite Memories, I love the sentiments that are this set and use them all of the time. My beautiful bling is from Want2Scrap.
I made a turquoise tulle flower from a piece of tulle that I received on a package and I used the leftovers at the top of my tag as its tie. I added a clip from Basic Grey Serendipity Shine On and a added a small camera chippie to the film strip. I hope you save your ribbons from package and recycle them and if you have never tried your hand at making a tag, now is the time. I hope you enjoyed my tag.  Hugs Pammejo

Happy Birthday Day Cards with Inspired by Stamping and My Minds Eye

Do you ever need a few Happy Birthday Cards, well I sure did for the month of May. I can't believe how friends and family I have that are celebrating this month. I made these four for some of my friends and now will start thinking of the men I will need to have some for. I can't believe how fast these came together.
I used the Fancy Label Stamps along with the Fancy Circle Happy Birthday sentiment from Inspired by Stamping to make my card with. After I had them both stamped, I fussy cut the label out and placed it on a piece of brown card stock, cutting  it out a second time. Once they are adhered together place them on pop dots to the front of your card that you have made using My Minds Eye The Sweetest Thing paper and lace to.
I added some fabulous flowers from Mon Ami Gabby that I inked with a bit of brown ink, placed them to the front of my card along with a fun bow, some stick pins and bling from Want2Scraps. I hope you try your had a making some fun and fabulous cards. Hugs Pammejo

Hello Spring with Want2Scraps, Technique Tuesday and Teresa Collins

"Hello Spring Tag" is just a fun tag I made for my friend Ann. I recently did a Facebook contest with Want2Scraps ... all you had to do was "like" their Facebook page and tag a friend, so that is what I did. (I have liked/loved Want2Scraps for along time but I still tagged Ann and we won the prize package.) How exciting is that, so if you haven't liked Want2Scraps Page yet I would suggest you do that.
One of the items I won is the Vintage Phone die cut, it so cute. I painted it with my Tim Holtz Fired Brick Distress Paint and added a bit of Couture Creations Red Glitz Glamour. I also used  Couture Creations Scallop Circles and Rectangle to do my decorating with and to place my Technique Tuesday Beauty of Spring sentiments on.
I added a bit of Want2Scraps Swirl Rhinestones to the top of my tag along with adding a few more stamped sentiments from the Technique Tuesday Beauty of Spring. I have to also mention that my tag is made from Teresa Collins Stationary Notes papers.
