Nautical Bliss Seashell Canister and Card with Julie Nutting

I am so glad that you stopped by today to see the fun projects I created using Julie Nutting Paper Dolls along with her Nautical Bliss Collection from PaperPlay.

I just love the Nautical Breeze collection and thought it went perfectly with Julie's Paper Dolls Ephemera.

I added a scalloped border as I was layering  the pretty pattern paper to my card front.

Once the journal block and doll were in place I added a small nautical blue bow to the front.

Love adding left over strips of paper to the inside of my cards and at this angle you can see the inside.

To add to my canister collection I created a Seashell Canister....it is a fabulous way to store some of your favorite seashells or just other items in.

The canister is a die that Eileen Hull has designed for Sizzix. 

Easy to use with so many applications!!!

I cut the canister from mat board and Nautical Bliss Paper. 

Assemble the matboard first than cover them  canisters. 

Die cut a doily and mat to a card stock circle. 

Place on top of the prepared canister to from your handle.

Add a few pieces from the Nautical Bliss Ephemera package to the front of the canister along with some red twine bows.

Bonjour Card and Tag with Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts

Hi!!! I know you are thinking haven't I seen these pretty pieces already!!!

WELL YES YOU DID...

I shared my pieces yesterday on the Gypsy Soul Laser Cut Blog!!! 

SO TODAY....   

I am re-sharing with you my "Bonjour" Card and Tag Set using some fabulous chipboard pieces from the Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts Store.

First, I am sharing with you my Bonjour Card.

I began by layering black, pink and green card stock to my card base. 

Followed by adhering some of the pretty PhotoPlay Belle Vie pattern papers to the front with a matted border.

Emboss the Leafy Single (Coming Soon) with a mix of Rose Gold and Grapefruit embossing powder. Adhere to the front of prepared card base.

Emboss the one of the frames and some of the leaves from

 the Delicate Frames & Ornaments Set with Rose embossing powder, 

adhere to top of image. 

Adhere frame and leaves to top of card front.

Add flowers and bow to front of card.

Place pop dots to  "Bonjour" sticker, add to front of card front with fussy cut butterfly.

Finish the inside of card with pattern paper, scallop border and strip of pattern paper.

From my next project I created a "Little Moments Tag" using a premade tag, 

there are tags available in the Gypsy Soul Laser Cut Store.

Cut pink card stock and pattern paper in shape of tag. 

Die cut pattern paper and adhere together.

 Adhere to green card stock.

Emboss Leafy Singles (Coming Soon) with Rose Gold and Grapefruit embossing powder. 

Adhere to pattern paper. Fussy cut around. Adhere to front of tag.

Emboss Art Deco Border & Corners with Rose Gold and Grapefruit embossing powder. 

Adhere to tag front.

Emboss another of the frames from Delicate Frames & Ornaments Set  

with Jade embossing powder. 

Emboss the a small dressform from the Dressforms & Miniatures 1 Shape Set  

with Ivory and Black embossing powder.

 Adhere both to pattern paper.

 Fussy cut out.

Add to front to tag.

Adhere a couple flowers.

Place sentiment to tag front with pop dots along with a fussy cut butterfly.

Autumn Pen Pattern Leaves Card with Stampendous

Whoot!!! Whoot!!! It is fall...leaves are changing and falling to the ground...they are getting raked and crumpled up as we work and walk through them!!! 

I LOVE this time of year. 

SO....

When I seen Stampendous Pen Pattern Leaves Stamp it just gave me a warm feeling and I knew I would have to make a card using them. 

 I began by first spraying three piece of mixed media white paper with Memories Mists Sprays.

One with Mango Lemonade, Orange Juice and Strawberry Daiquiri. 

One with Mango Lemonade, Strawberry Daiquiri, and Margarita

and 

One with Mango Lemonade, Iced Coffee and Strawberry Daiquiri. 

Allow to dry completely. 

 Ink one with Ripe Persimmon, one with Peeled Paint and one with Wild Honey Distress Ink.

 Stamp leave image from Stampendous Pen Pattern Leaves Set to each of the prepared papers using black ink. 

 Prepare card front with Photo Play pattern paper.

Double mats that have been placed on with pop dots. 

Fussy cut Pen Pattern Leaves out and adhere to mats.

 Add a pretty bow to the card. 

Fussy cut the "thanks" sticker and berries from the Photo Play Sticker Sheet. 

(I trimmed off most of the white paper from the sticker)

Ink edges of berries, thanks and mats with brown ink. 

Add to front of card.
