Inspired by Stamping Release - Make a Wish...Happy Birthday Card with Happy Occasions and Happy Occasions Sentiments

Welcome to the beginning of "release" week with Inspired by Stamping. I am sharing with you a card I made using the new Happy Occasion Stamp Set and the Happy Occasion Sentiments Stamp Set along with Spring Blossoms Stamp Set. I just love the new sets...LOVE the big "Happy" that is on the Happy Occasion set and the best thing is it comes with 11 different sentiments to go with the "Happy" and on the Happy Occasions Sentiment Set you will have nine different stamps to incorporate on the front of your projects or with cards inside.
Here is a closer look at the Spring Blossoms, I colored them with Copic Markers and fussy cut them out, adding an epoxy center and some of those wood chippies that are so popular right now. I hope you noticed how I stamped the sentiment with two different color of inks, I think it gives a great look to you card and makes "Happy" pop of the card front.
I made a second card using the same pattern papers and sharing with you how I took the Spring Blossoms Stamp Set and made my background for my Happy Anniversary sentiment that came from the Happy Occasion Stamp Set.
Here is a closer look at the stamped flower image along with the fun little wooden chippie and some other little embellishments.
I hope you make sure to check out Joanna, Irit, Leah, Shea, Colleen, Deb, Kendra, Tina, Rose  and Vicki Blogs, they are super talented and I am sure you will be blessed to see what they have created. Moxie Fab Fanatical About Botanical Challenge

I created a card for the Fanatical About Botanical Challenge in the Moxie Fab World, I would encourage you to visit Moxie Fab World, you may want to take up the challenge yourself. The deadline is August 8th. I made my card using Lily Bee Designs This and That Paper pak. The flower is made using the McGill Lily punch. I punched the leaves out 8 times, inked the edges with Chestnut Roan Ink and layered them together using Glossy Accent. The center of the flower is a bit of Glossy Accent and some Fine Sage Flower Soft. Once my glue had set for my flower I then placed about my silk white ribbon.

.Here is a closer look at the flower, I added some floral blue berries, small green floral branches and some twigs that I had purchased from my local craft store. I made the charm using Bead Landings Head Pin, red and clear crystal beads and placed them here and there around my flower.

Turquoise Thinking of You Cards

Can you believe I am almost up to 500 followers on blogger, would love for you to stop in and help me reach my goal and see how far I can go, I will be doing a giveaway as soon as I go over the 500, so help spread the word.
I made two Thinking of You cards using the new Lily Bee This & That 6 x 6 paper pad. I chose 2 pieces of the turquoise printed paper to place on my A2 and square cards that I made.

On my square card I matted my turquoise pattern papers on a 5 1/4" white square but first I did my stamping and added my American Craft white lace.

I then placed my flower that I sprayed with Glimmer Mist Wheatfield and Moonlight along with Perfect Pearls Turquoise. I also added some gemstones to the center of the flowers.

Here is the inside of the card, I usually add a lighter color card stock to the inside of my card so I will be able to add my sentiment to.

While my Perfect Pearls and Glimmer Mist flower was drying I decided to make a second card. My sewing stitches is from the We R Memory Keepers Easy Sew and brown embroidery floss. I used the Unity Noteworthy Occassion stamp along with the Hero Arts Friends stamp on this card.

Again I added some of the turquoise gemstoes to this card. I hope you have enjoyed my turquoise cards that I have made today and help me spread the word about my goal.
