Last Minute Halloween Treat Boxes with Xyron

Halloween is tomorrow!!!
Never fear if you are still wanting to create a few special treat boxes for your extra special trick or treaters, class party or just in general for family, friends, co workers etc.

I created a few for my grandkids to mail out to them in a matter of a few minutes using premade pillow treat boxes.

Begin by cutting 2 pieces of Halloween pattern paper; run through the Xyron Creative Station with Permanent Adhesive.

Lay pillow treat box on top of adhesive side; press down.
Trim edges off at opening.

Repeat on opposite side.
Ink edges with black ink.

Add favorite candies inside of prepared pillow box.
Shape pillow box.

Cut belly band and borders to go around pillow treat box.
Adhere to prepared pillow treat box.

Punch different sizes of circles from Halloween paper; run circles through Xyron Disposable 3" Sticker Maker.

Wrap ribbon around prepared pillow treat box; tie bow.
Layer adhesive layered circles together; add over ribbon bow using pop dots.

I hope you are inspired to create fun pillow treat boxes through the year using Xyron products.
 Enjoy Pam

Trick or Treat Box with Authentique

Disclaimer Notice: I’ve received products/compensation as part of the Authentique Design Team. This project however, is 100% my own project! Some of the links in this post are affiliate links. I explain more HERE!.

Are you getting excited!!! Halloween is right around the corner and it is time to start thinking about our special trick or treaters. I always look forward to making a few special treat boxes for the neighborhood kids and of course the grandkids to receive when they stop by.

This year I am covering small Notebook boxes that I die cut out with Authentique Tricky Pattern Paper and chipboard. (Any small narrow box will work.)

Trim small strips of the Tricky pattern paper to the front of covered box. Die cut Ornate Frame out of Tricky pattern paper and chipboard; adhere journal piece behind the frame and adhere to top of prepared box.

Die cut small flowers from pattern paper; adhere to top of frame. Fussy cut bats from journal pieces; add to front of prepared box.

Add metal spider to front of frame.

Add small metal knob to box.

Cover candy bar with matching paper from the Tricky pattern paper.

Punch pumpkin from journal paper along a larger circle from matching pattern paper. Fussy cut borders from pattern paper to form stem.

Create a Bat Planner Clip using two die cut flowers and fussy cut bats.

Add bat planner clip to top of wrapped candy bar. Glue ribbon handle to prepared box. Fill prepared box with pencils and wrapped candy bar.
