Stand by You Card with Blank Page Muse Stamps

Begin your card by first adhering Travel Tropical pattern paper to top of card.

Stamp and color watercolor with flowers from the Flamingo Row Set; color with markers.

Stamp chicken wire from the Gunge Stamp Set using Mowed Lawn Distress ink.

Die cut scallop circle from water color paper.

Stamp Flamingos from the Flamingo Row Set; color with markers.

Ink edges with Scattered Straw.

Add to top of card with pop dots.

Stamp sentiment on watercolor paper; ink edges.

Mat to Tropical Travelogue pattern papers.

Stamp Flamingo Row image to watercolor paper.

Color with markers; ink edges with Scattered Straw.

Add to bottom of card front.

Add bow and flowers to top of card.

Dare to Create a Simple Life with Emerald Creek Supplies

Do you Dare to create something awesome for the Surf and Turf Dare Challenge on the Emerald Creek Supplies Blog...

I created "A Simple Life" Card...

I love to gather seashells along the seashore and dream of what little creature may have lived in it at one time...

sometimes I try to peek inside or put it up to my ear to see if I can still see or hear anything from the sea.

Silly I know...

but I bet you may even do it too or have see some doing it.

Doesn't it just make you smile!

Begin by distressing pattern paper with a distress tool.

Cut the Life And stamp apart from the Simple Phrase Set Stamp.

Stamp "Just Live A Simple Life" from the Simple Phrase Set Stamp using black ink.

Lay stencil on prepared stamped paper; apply paste with palette knife. Dry

Adhere to front of 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" square card front.

Stamp Cerith Stamp using VersaMark on pattern paper.

Apply Weathered Wood and Moss Stone Green Embossing Powder.

Fussy cut embossed Cerith stamped image out.

Ink edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

Add Cerith Seashells to top of card front with pop dots.

Fussy cut Beach from pattern paper; add to front of card front with pop dots.

To finish card add Aventurine Gemstones, Golden Tiger's Eye Gemstones, Citrine Gemstones

and Metal Flower Crest Brad to front of card. I hope you have been inspired to go to the seashore, look at a few books about the sea or maybe watch a movie to get your creative Surf and Turf ideas ready to create with us.
