“Hi Graphic 45 fans…are you getting excited about the holidays! I am!!! I love to have a few special gifts in the house during this time of year. You never know when you will need on… so I am sharing a quick and easy; under 60 minutes altered candle. You can easily recreate with any of Graphic 45 collections but I chose the “new” Seasons Collection for my Altered Candle” Pam

Create a belly band from pieces of Seasons Collection Pattern Paper.

Wrap jar with prepared belly band.

Fussy two of the Epherema pieces from pattern paper; layer together with pop dots and place on front of jar.

 Add ribbon to jar.

Add floral leaves and berries around Epherema.

Add sunflower, floral leaves and berries to top of jar along with fussy cut image from paper.

Tips:
1.      Keep small generic gifts on hand that have been decorated with Graphic 45 Paper Collections to give over the holidays.

Fall Candle Jar with SinCity Fall Collection 2 Stamps

I wanted to share with you today how to take an ordinary candle and make it extraordinary, decorate your mantel with it or give it as a gift....it is still a special accent....
I started with a candle that I picked up at my local craft store for 1/2 price....can't beat that can you....
and using my my Fall Collection 2 stamps from SinCityStamps  (which there is a coupon on my side bar that is good til Oct 1st). I stamped my pumpkin onto white card stock twice, coloring both images in with my Copic Markers, fussy cutting them both out and layering them together to give dimension.....

I tied black twill around the jar making a bow prior to placing my pumpkin on with pop dots....add a Martha Stewart spider to help hold the twill into place.
I added three different colors of twine around the brim of the candle jar, added a bubble to hang from it and tied it in a bow so that it would fold into the twine. I also added a bit of Couture Creations Glitzin' Glamour Crystaline to the leave along with a bit of bling. I hope you try making a fabulous jar candle this week....hugs Pammejo
