Amazing you...as we enter the creative journey of art journaling!
(My art journaling lattice work was inspired by a video created by Marta Lapkowska)
I loved to see her concept of paper weaving; it reminded me of being back in grade school.
SO...
I created my own spin on it creating my art journal pages using 13Arts supplies along with Ranger Sprays. with bits and pieces of this and that.
Begin by spraying pages with Distress Ink.
I went ahead and did both pages since I like having companion pages in my journals.
Dry completely.
Add bits and pieces of the mistables pieces on top prepared page.
Do paper weaving on page.
Remember to add some border strips along with pattern paper strips when weaving
Add ribbon and fussy cut elements to top of page.
Stamp background images on prepared page with black ink.
Carefully apply droplets of black soot and white on page; mist with water.
Allow sprayed mist to travel on page using Ranger Air Blowers.
Repeat with Wild Honey and Rustic Wilderness.
Dry completely.
Fussy cut leaves from pattern paper.
Adhere to top of page.
Add 13Arts Sticker to page.
Add fussy cut butterfly to center of page.
Finish by adding a few more of the 13Arts Stickers.
Apply transparent gesso over the top to seal all the pieces to the page.
Dry completely before closing your art journal book.
Enjoy Pam
