Easy to create with pretty paper and the Sensations Stamp Set from Wild Whisper!
Adhere layers of pattern paper to front of card base; add a flag and some gemstones.
I love borders and they make a fabulous detail to separate pattern papers.
Use a scallop and circle punches to create layers; die cut a "Hello" from a die, a die cutting machine or use one of your other favorite stamps sets.
Layer together and add to front of card with pop dots.
Stamp the flower from the Sensations Stamp Set, color with markers and fussy cut out.
Add to your card front.
