Every Summer Has a Story Travel Journal with Authentique

Hi Authentique fans....Summer is sadly coming to an end but if you are like me you had a summer full of stories and adventure.  Our family had many stories this summer;  the birth of a baby, our grand daughters high school graduation, our son getting married, adoption of our sweet little grandson...can't forget traveling in our trailer! What a wonderful way to capture it all but to record the highlights in a travel journal created using Authentique fabulous Endless Collection!

Begin covering your travel journal with Authentique Endless Collection.

Add a bit of lace down the front edge.

Layer a pattern paper frame, mats and one of  the Authentique Endless Epherema Cards from the Endless Eight Paper to the front.

Cut the "Every Summer Has A Story" to create two pieces. Add to front of travel journal with pop dots.

Die cut a few of your favorite flowers, leaves and branches from  Authentique Endless Collection. Adhere flower layers together to form flowers.

Add Rock Candy Embossing Powder here and there on the cover; emboss. Add prepared flowers to front of travel journal.

Add fussy cut butterfly to front of travel journal.

Add twine bow to travel journal.

Adhere pattern paper to inside of travel journal. Create a 4" pocket inside of travel journal cover.

Decorate pocket with fussy cut images, element sentiment and border strips.

Create two small pocket album using elements, Authentique Endless Epherema Cards from the Endless Eight Paper to the front, and border strips. 

Place pocket albums in pocket.

Repeat on the inside back cover.

Cover travel journal with Authentique Endless Epherema Cards from the Endless Eight Paper to the front and die cut frame.  

Add Elements to front of travel journal.

Add finished travel journal to inside with brads. Add Rock Candy Embossing Powder over brads and on spine. Emboss.
