Cut
pattern paper strips for four card bases; adhere to top of card base.
Adhere
Ephemera pieces to top of prepared card bases. Fussy cut matching Ephemera
piece; add to card front with pop dots.
Stack
cards and tie with ribbon.
Add
bauble to bow.
