Create A Beautiful Life with Xyron and Teresa Collins

Love Doesn't Have to Perfect...To Be Wonderful....
Create a Beautiful Life!!!
I love to create and try to make something several times a week.
So needless to say I am so excited that this week is extra special since the Xyron Design Team is able to work with one of my favorite designers...Teresa Collins!!!
I just love her style and her products are so amazing!!!
So if you missed out on any of the fabulous projects make sure to checkout Xyron Facebook Wall to get caught up on the all the beautiful projects being shared this week.

I began a home decoration project painting a small clipboard I bought at my local craft store with distress paint.

Once it was dried I repeated with Tarnished Bronze Distress Paint to give it the gold hue that Teresa Collins is so fabulous known for.

Run the "Life Doesn't Need To Be Perfect To Be Wonderful" journal piece, mat and border from the Teresa Collins Nine & Company Paper Pad through the Xyron Creative Station Lite.

Once all three pieces have been run through the Xyron Creative Station Lite; remove from permanent adhesive sheet...

Place on prepared clipboard.

Lay post it notes on pattern paper. Lay stencil on clipboard and apply paste with palette knife. Dry.

Run small metal frame and "Create A Beautiful Life" journal piece through the Xyron Creative Station Lite. YES...the frame will feed through the Creative Station Lite...exciting right! Place on prepared clipboard.

Die cut flowers and filigree from Teresa Collins Nine & Co Paper Pad and black card stock.
Add to prepared clipboard with Xyron Adhesive Dots.

Stamp butterfly image on to pattern paper with ink.

Fussy cut out; paint edges and body with paint.

Make bows and adhere to top of prepared clipboard with Xyron Adhesive Dots. Add prepared butterflies with Xyron Adhesive Dots.

Add a few more of the flowers, leaves and flourishes that have been made to the clipboard.

Make a small twine bow; add to bottom of clipboard with Xyron Adhesive Dots.

I hope I have inspired you to "Create" something beautiful with your Xyron and Teresa Collins products. Make use to check out Mitsyana project today over on the Up on Tippy Toes Blog.

  1. Pam, your clipboard is gorgeous!! I love the subtle gold colour in the background and the stencilling! I never knew you could put dimensional pieces in the Xyron - how fabulous is that - I will be trying that very soon, thanks for the great tip. Anne xx
