Shadows of a Thousand Years.....31 Days of Halloween


Today is Day 16 of the 31 Days of Halloween!!!
Have you enjoyed the first half of the month!!!


Remember the hop is for 31 days so hop all month long for some fabulous Halloween inspiration!

 
Cut and cover chipboard with black card stock, distress edges with distress tool. 
Ink edges with brown ink.
Cut and distress edges of purple and green card stock. 
Adhere to top of prepared chipboard.


Stamp background image on green card stock with black ink.
 Adhere to top of prepared chipboard.


Ink edges with brown ink.


Cut strip and pattern paper, distress edges with distress tool. Ink edges with brown ink. 
Adhere to top of prepared chipboard. 
Cut burlap, adhere to top of prepared chipboard.


Place small amount of Feathered Peacock, Mustard Seed and Mowed Lawn 
on craft mat, blend together with brayer.


Apply to piece of card stock, allow to dry completely.

Stamp background image to prepared painted card stock using
 Seedless Preserves and Fired Brick paint. Allow to dry completely.


 Lay stencil on prepared painted card stock, apply embossing paste using palette knife.
 Dry completely.  
 Distress and ink edges with brown ink using blending tool. 


Stamp image on white paper with black ink, color with markers, 
fussy cut out and adhere to prepared painted card stock.


Adhere to top of burlap on chipboard.

 
Adhere clipboard clip to the top of chipboard to create clipboard.


Stamp sentiment on white card stock with VersaMark,
 apply black embossing powder, heat set. 
Tear around prepared sentiment.


Apply distress ink and brown ink to top of prepared sentiment. 


Adhere to top of clipboard.


Add metal gears and


 bow to top of clipboard.

  3. I love all the delicious layers that you added! I also love that most of the layers don't really add much thickness to the card so it is still mailable! Very cool textures too! Steam Pumpkin is a pretty rad dude and you have made him even cooler! TFS!
