ABC Primer Desk Organizer with Tutorial - Graphic 45

SCHOOL'S BACK IN SESSION!!!

WOW!!!!
Can you believe it is time for the next school year to begin!!!
I can't believe how fast the summer has went by.
BUT!!!!
With that being said I couldn't help but to create a fun canister set for a favorite teacher friend.
I know it will look fabulous on her desk and Graphic 45 ABC Primer is the perfect collection to create it with.
How to Make the Canisters
Die cut 3 sets of canisters using Matboard.
Leave one canister set alone, cut 1” off one set of canisters and 2” of the last set of canister sides.
Form canisters.
Apply washi tape to top and bottom of prepared canister.
Adhere pattern paper to prepared canisters.
Adhere die cut borders to canisters.

Decorate each of the canisters with chipboard embellishments.

Fill each of the canisters with tags and other supplies.
Add doily die cuts to lids of canisters.
The metal rings I found while on vacation at a fabulous scrapbook store in Englewood FL called Treasured Memories Scrapbook and More Store!!!
Adhere metal circles and knobs to lids.

How to Make ABC Primer Stand:
Cut chipboard base for stand 1” longer that the three canisters.
Cut chipboard sides 1” x the length of the chipboard base.
Apply washi tape around the top edges of formed stand.
Apply washi tape to the chipboard bottom and sides to form box.

Place adhesive on paper pieces using the Xyron Creative Station.
Adhere pattern paper to the formed canister stand.
Add handles and legs to stand.
Adhere sticker and chipboard to front of stand.
Place the created canisters in to the canister stand!!!
There you go a fabulous, fun and useful canister set for your favorite teacher!!!
I hope you try making a few for your friends and family.
REMEMBER!!!
My project is also on the Graphic 45 Blog HERE along with Marina fabulous vacation album!!!
Hugs Pam
