What a Day Layout with C'est Magnifique September Kit and Sketch Challenge

Today I have two post so if you have stopped by to check out the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge #15 All About Flowers Challenge please go HERE!!!
Do you love sketches? I know I do and the one that Sarah Routledge created for the August C'est Magnifique Kit is amazing.
I hope you enjoy my take on the sketch using the August Kit and look at in more detail in the C'est Magnifique Store.
I started my layout by selecting this photo of one of the bridges we seen while traveling through Madison County in Indiana. There are several bridges in the county that have unique styles, some you can only walk across or walk up to, while others you can still drive across.
I began by prepping my background paper by using a honeycomb stencil, cream paint and mist. Once it was dried I added strips of the paper from the main kit that I had distressed with a distress tool. I added the Damask chipboard piece that I had painted, sprayed with mist and cut in half to the top corners of the strips of paper.
I matted the photo by layering die cuts that I had cut from papers of the main kit and placing it on my prepared background paper.
I added lots of flowers, journal pieces, ribbon and fussy cut butterflies to finish my layout up. Here is a closer look at the C'est Magnifique September Kit.
