Let's See That Hoard Challenge....Craft Hoarder Anonymous Challenge Blog Group #1

What do you Hoard...well today begins our second challenge on the CHACB....so Let's See That Hoard!!! It is a Color Challenge with a twist. Pick the thing or things that you seem to hoard the most, and using the color scheme shown, create a project that showcases your hoarded item or items. Do you hoard buttons, beads, ribbon, papers, stickers? Show your hoard and link up your project on the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog but remember to use only the ones that match the color scheme! You can link up your projects on the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog by going HERE.
Here is our color theme for this challenge....
I have hoarded these Unity Stamps for 5 to 6 years...finally was inspired to get them out and use them since the winter tints and image made me remember them.....so here is my take on the challenge....
I started by stamping the image onto blue cardstock with white paint...reloading the stamp each time...and then for a faint look of the image I would stamp again so only a light image would appear....I spattered white paint with an old toothbrush....it gives a great look.....
My paper is from Bo Bunny which I have held onto these little scraps for a couple of years, lol but it went perfect with my grand daughters photo...and as you get to know me and my style you will see I love to fussy cut and add lots of dimension to my projects...even used some Pearl Pens...won't tell you how long I have them... I hope you have a great time looking Group A projects today and remember that is fun to have a chance to win a PRIZE ......
Our prize package for Challenge #2 is from Shari Czerwinski, a Close to My Heart Rep. Her blog is: http://www.leadandlacegifts.blogspot.com/ The prize is valued at over $85 retail. So make sure to link up your projects, remember to read the RULES HERE for the challenges and link your projects HERE,

  10. So much to love here...first off, the jaunty snowman catching the dandelion "flakes" with his hat just makes me smile. So whimsical. Secondly, I love that the photo takes center stage and all your beautiful layers support it. You make it look easy!
